in the Dining area, duty manager seems to be very choosy about the guest they want to approach. sometime it may make you feel insulted sitting next to the guest Manager is approaching , They should treat all gueat equally with best in class feeling

Breakfast is the main highlight of this property - fantastic staff, wonderful spread and delicious food overall. The other facilities are also good - gym is slightly old but still in fair condition, trainers are helpful if needed.
Room sizes are good, but maintenance could be upped a notch.
Who to avoid? The front desk staff - no sense of a queue there, not overtly hospitable, petty and looking to overcharge for silly things. The automation in the room is good to have but not when it goes haywire in the middle of the night (the blinds and lights would open on their own every 15 minutes for 3 hours until someone came to fix them)
