Loved staying here, would definitely stay again. Just wish there was trash cans at the cabin

Location was great. It was perfect for a couples trip, the cabin was cozy and hot tub was amazing. Had everything you need.

Only complaint is the mattress was stiff and there was no trashcan. We had to drive 20 minutes to the office to get rid of our trash.

Perfect for a couple!

Looked exactly like the pictures. It was the perfect place to stay. It was super close to town but out of the way enough for privacy.

The parking was kind of small and there was barely enough room for one vehicle.

Lovely cabin in nature well maintained

Convenient location comfortable friendly staff Loved the hot tub after a hike!

Would have liked to have a map of the facility We were delayed so we arrived after sunset and it was very difficult to navigate Also the battery to the keypad was dead but on call staff was very helpful

The perfect anniversary get away! Definitely will stay again!

How cozy it was. Perfect size for two people.

Parking was a bit tricky when all three cabins were occupied but we made it work.

Great stay!

The cabin was great overall! Very nice and clean. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg and not too far away from Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the hot tub and tub in the cabin. We had some neighbors but they were quiet and courteous. Would definitely stay again/ recommend to friends!

The bed was a little hard. The pillows were not great. The shower head was not great. The ceiling fan could use a light cover. We couldn't find any outdoor trash cans when we left. The cover to the hot tub could be upgraded. We kept finding things floating in the water even though we only had it open while we were in it about 15 to 20 minutes at a time.

Alright.

I liked how it was in the mountains

I didn’t like it how the lighting in the unit wasn’t very bright and also didn’t like it how the heater was broken when I arrived.

The cabin was very nice.

The only thing was when we checked out, we took out the trash out to the outdoor bin, but we could not find it.... Since the bag was small we just took it with us and disposed of it somewhere else.

Location!

no cable tv, no place for garbage, guests have to go to Pigeon Forge to drop garbage off at main office dumpster.

Boring. We left a day early.

no scenery. surrounded by trees. nothing to do in complex. Barbecue grill they supply was a mess.

hot tub was great. room was great. everything was clean.

the carpet feels like it was shampooed (carpet cleaned) and they didn’t go over it with the rinse cycle. couldn’t use the gas fireplace cause it’s after April 1st only complaints

Mountain Eden

We loved the cabin. The hot tub was so relaxing. The location was very peaceful. I loved the little kitchen and how clean the cabin was upon our arrival. Check in and check out was super easy. We can’t wait to go back.

The mattress was a bit on the hard side. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the satellite/cable on, but we were able to watch Netflix. There was no outside trash can. We took the trash to the main office dumpster.

Location. Size. Quaint.

Jacuzzi had too much chlorine. Bed was not comfortable. Towels worn. No utensils for grill.

Getting Away

We came for three days and had a great time! Loved the hot tub. The cabin was secluded but close enough to everything where we didn’t have to drive very far for fun. We will definitely book again.

Wish it had satellite tv but Netflix was ok.

Very good

Clean and quiet. Outside hot tub was awesome.

No outside trash can. Tub in cabin could not fill because hot water ran out. Bed very uncomfortable.

Great getaway spot

Loved the location and the cabin itself was perfect!

Unfortunately the jacuzzi tub was not working and was one of the reasons I had booked this property.
