About this house rental
Self contained one bedroom suite overlooking a lake. Close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture. Even the mattress is a sleep number. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, HBO, Showtime and enhanced sports networks. There is a dedicated professional work station with supplies. All outside common areas and yard to the lake are for your use. Optional access that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym for $35 per accommodation.(not per guest) In other words the daily fee is for all the amenities. So if there are 2 guests, the fee is only $35. To heat the pool it is an additional $45 a day. This is a daily fee that starts at 9am and ends at 10 pm and includes all the amenities and is sometimes shared with other guests. This fee is not negotiable. Quiet hours are between10pm and 9a.m. for all amenities. You can invite 2 additional guest for 10 dollars a day per person. The fee can be collected u ok when you arrive if you decide to purchase access to the amenities . We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. This is a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. No parties allowed. No exceptions. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. There is one off street parking available. Please park so that 2 other cars can park. Accommodation interiors/decorations subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Amenities are not always available to guest, we apologize for this inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times we the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space for an additional $35 per day that includes a printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light.

This Vrbo was one of the best we have been to to date and we travel a lot. It was so close to everything 15 minutes from Universal Studios 20 minutes from discovery Cove, etc. it was so central. It was absolutely a little slice of heaven with all the gardens and amenities. The pool was Crystal clear it had a gym sauna it was absolutely fantastic the first night after checking in, we were a little tired decided just to take a little walk well one minute from our place was a little market like a little deli and it was to die for we picked up a really good bottle of white wine a couple of sandwiches they were just going to close and offered up the soup that they had left, which was a bean soup, which was fantastic. That’s when we met Robert who runs the place and is an absolute wonderful host. We can’t wait to go back again.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is nestled in its own little world, surrounded by greenery, water, and wildlife. Plenty of lakes to walk around, leisurely or for an exercise workout. The hosts were helpful and responsive.
