The condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely request this condo for a future trip.

Westwinds is great property, location, pool, ocean view. This particular unit (4735) needs new mattress in master--very uncomfortable. Missing some basic amenities like TP. Laundry room floor sandy and hadn't been cleaned, tables dusty. AC went out last day.

The mattress in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom are absolutely terrible especially the master bedroom. I guess the owner thought a mattress pad would mask the problem. ??? You pay all of this money to sleep in misery. I love Sandestin and Westwinds but I will not stay in 4735 again. Thank You.

The stay was great except the last night; it sounded like someone was dribbling basketballs in the condo above ours. Also took the trash to the trash chute and it was completely full and could barely fit and more trash in it and the smell was horrible. Bath mats would have been nice to have. Thank you!

Sandestin
The property was very nice. The condo was as advertised. The amenities were good and there were lots of options for eating within a mile. The only relatively minor issue was that it took a long time to reach the reception. The view from the condo was beautiful.

Unfortunately this was our first time renting here through VRBO/Sandestin Properties and our last. Communication was poor, no sheets or bedding was left for the pull-out bed knowing we had 6 people staying in the 2 bedroom condo. No one returned 2 calls made to bring us the bedding, so first night we had to rough it! Only 2...quick warm showers before no hot water which was annoying all week. To top it all off, every member of the family had back pains all week due to how terrible the mattresses were. So bad in fact, for the first time ever, we left a day early for fear of another night in those beds! Again, we love Westwinds and we will be back, just not in this condo or with this company!

We love Sandestin and Westwinds is our Favorite Place on the Beach!
