There are not enough good words to express our joy with our stay! From scheduling to checkout, Ms Kimble and her workers provided beautiful accommodations, spotlessly clean, exceptionally equipped for both our “needs” and our “wants.” If I could have brought the bed home with me, I would have!!!
Belinda is very organized and anticipated any questions/needs we had. Both condos were beautiful and our vacation was filled with joy and many, many happy memories…often due to our host’s preparation and hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation…your care truly has warmed our hearts. We will see you again, Lord willing. Thank you, Friends.

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was my husband and I and our two daughters (ages 5 & 7) and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week in paradise. First (and one of THE most important things for me, being the clean/neat freak that I am) this place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. So many thank you's to Sue and Susie for making this happen! The beds were made to perfection and sooo comfortable. Lots of extra pillows too which was a plus! The condo was very well appointed with lots of "extras" that you normally don't get, such as thoughtful items in the bathrooms (anything you may have forgotten). There's also a beach storage room that Belinda will graciously give you access to that is very well stocked with sand toys, floaties, coolers, etc. Stuff that we would have had to go out and buy (since we flew down) had it not been for Belinda's generosity! My girls LOVED the welcome gifts of mini stuffed animals, candy and flashlights (we used them for nighttime crab hunts!) This condo is also very conveniently located right across from the only ice machine in the building which made it very easy to fill our coolers every day. It's also a short walk down the stairwell to the pool and beach access. The view from the balcony is stunning for sunrises. The pool was immaculate and never too crowded. There's a poolside shack for all your tropical drinks and a few food items to choose from such as burgers, salads, etc that were all delicious! Shoutout to the sweet girl that ran the place. She was a rockstar and made amazing cocktails! Overall, I can't recommend this place enough... from the property of Sandestin Resort itself, to this specific condo, to the STUNNING beach and clean, beautiful pool, etc etc etc. Last but certainly not least, THANK YOU Belinda for being so so sweet and accommodating!!! We appreciated having you as our amazing host and hope you'll have us back one day! Sooner rather than later ;)

Once again my family had an amazing beach vacation thanks to Belinda and her incredibly well-stocked condos. This was our second stay in one of her Westwinds condos, but a different unit. She thinks of everything, including special surprises for everyone in your party. After renting from her for two consecutive trips, I can’t imagine renting from anyone else. She provides all of the details you need to make your trip smooth and keep packing to a minimum.

This condo was nothing short of amazing! Belinda & her staff did everything they could to make this vacation one for the books! When I tell you she has everything you need in the condo, she has EVERYTHING you need. My family and I were blown away with how much time & thought she has put into this vacation home. The resort was lovely and very private. Comfortable beds and linens. Washer and dryer worked just fine. Stocked cabinets (seasonings, utensils, cookware, etc.) Bathroom cabinets stocked with anything everything (razors, nail clippers, makeup wipes, q-tips, flossers, etc.) Beach necessities. The list goes on and on! We will definitely return in the future. All in all, the room was super clean and very organized. 10/10 highly recommend!

This property is the perfect beachfront condo. Plenty of room for a large family. Provided for you is everything you will need to cook, go to the beach, and sleep comfortably. I will never stay anywhere else in Destin again.

We have stayed at this property before and this condo was the best of the ones we have used. It was fully stocked with anything you need. The hosts are great and very responsive and polite. The view is great and you can easily access it. I will definitely stay here again . The property it’s self is clean and well ran. Beach and pool were clean and not crowded. Enjoy!

Destin Westwind Sunflower Sea'd
I've stayed at many rental properties in the past, and I will say hands down that this property and owner are BY FAR the best. There was not a single thing that Belinda hasn't thought of, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our family with a ton of personal details for our stay. The property itself was awesome, clean, GREAT view, location, and TONS of things to do in the area, most within walking distance. Great beach atmosphere, busy but not crowded. Would give 6 stars if we could. Definitely planning on coming back. HIGHLY recommend

Super clean warm inviting condo steps from the beach!
I really can’t say enough about this Condo! Belinda is amazing and thinks of EVERY little item that you would EVER need for your stay! From beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, condiments, ziploc bags, toiletries just to make a few. The amenities were endless! You literally feel like you’re right at home and all you need to do is bring your clothes and your food items. She has thought of literally everything else! I really enjoyed the property. From the minute you walk in the door it’s very clean and inviting And the beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of space in this two bedroom condo. I also really liked the pool area and how quiet it was and that the beach was private and not as crowded as other Condo units I’ve stayed at on the beach. It was such a short walk down to the beach and I brought my 83-year-old grandmother and the short distance to the beach was great for her to get to. We will definitely consider staying at Belinda’s place again. She went above and beyond and it was very hospitable and was probably the best owner I’ve ever encountered. She was so generous and check in was a breeze and the balcony was nice with a good view. Loved to sit out there in the mornings and drink my coffee and read! We didn’t want to leave and We will be back for sure. Do yourself a favor and book here or at any of Belinda’s properties. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Belinda for an amazing experience!

Everything that you need and more!
We had a wonderful stay at Belinda’s property. It was all of the small touches that really made the difference in our stay. We had our 3yo with us and we still felt perfectly at home. She had beach toys, umbrellas, a beach cart, chairs. She left goodie bags galore and a nice welcome gift for my daughter! My daughter preferred to sleep in our room instead of the spare with my mom, so we used Belinda’s toddler cot. It was perfect! The location was excellent with everything within close proximity. We used the tram to go to Baytowne and even drove into Destin for a short trip to the boardwalk for a pirate cruise. The pool was amazing (a little too warm), and steps away. The beach... well it was amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We will be back and we will stay at Belinda’s place!

Great Family Beach Vacation
We give this property and property owners a huge five stars! Belinda was super sweet and easy to work with and extremely accommodating!! The condo was so comfortable and literally had everything but food! The beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets! Absolutely decorated beautifully with many colorful sunflower paintings! The third floor was perfect with a great view and only two small flights of stairs which we took for a little exercise. The pool and hot tub was wonderful with just a short walk to the beach. The entire property was very clean and pretty and everyone was friendly. This was an excellent place to stay and we will definitely return!!

Amazing beach vacation with family
On the Beach and Fully Stocked! That is the perfect description for this property. You can see from the pictures that the property is beautiful and the views are stunning. But it was all of the thoughtful touches from the owner that made this the perfect family vacation. It takes a lot of planning to take a family of 6 on a week-long vacation. But Belinda had thought of most of what is needed, so we truly felt like welcomed guests.

Best condo in the world!!
I have been going to Sandestin pretty much all of my life and there is not a better condo to rent than this one for the money. This condo is set up with a lot of thought and love. They have included so many extras that you will be impressed -bikes, great beach equipment, sunscreen!, Netflix acc, stocked kitchen with more supplies than any condo I’ve ever rented, laundry supplies and the list goes on and on. I have rented from them multiple times and I have stayed in all 3 condos in Westwinds and I can tell you with confidence that there is none better!!!
