Everything was excellent, this is a rented apartment, we were provided with everything we needed and were not disturbed for 10 days. There was a gas stove, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and a sort of storage room. The space is twice as large as a typical Japanese hotel of the same budget or more expensive. The bathroom is also much larger than the ones in hotels, two separate rooms for the toilet and washing machine from the one with the tub and shower. The bathroom fan is particulary versatile and has a setting for blowing air for drying towels or clothes. The location is near Nakano Broadway and Sun Mall which are major shopping areas in Tokyo and of the Nakano Station for subway and JR lines.
The residence is unnatended, there is a small desk at the entrance with 2 tablets and a kind of webcam. We received by mail the passwords for the main door and our room door, but we also had to do a check-in on a tablet, but the software doesn't work well and it was difficult to enter the information, because for some reason the on-screen keyboard overlapped with the entry field so we didn't see what we typed, and the input was corrupted because it switched to Japanese. It also wanted a camera photo, passport info and other stuff. Since we were unable to finish, we sent a mail using the booking.com account to the owner telling him we are stuck. He kindly replied we can proceed to the room without finishing the checkin (we did for 1 passenger and failed for the second) ! apparently, all this info was only needed for the japanese authorities, the door codes were already active (we believe). We kindly suggest to the owner to replace this complicated process with something simpler, such as sending a photo of the passport, as it is done at regular hotels - they copy the passport, they don't take pictures of you. Or, upgrade the tablets.
Also, the toilet doesn't include a bidet function, which is a shame because there are "Toto Washlets" bidets everywhere else in Japan.
However, these minor issues do not overshadow the fact that we had an excellent stay. This is our 4th time in Tokyo so we can compare this experience with other hotels.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un appartement entier à Nakano (au coeur de Tokyo). Check-in facile.
C'est peut-être ma faute pour ne pas avoir bien regardé mais j'ai payé plus cher que ce que Booking affichait au début à cause d'importants frais de ménage.

Location is convenient, 5min walk from Nakano station.
It was not so clean. Inside of the washer machine, there was a lot of hair and I needed to clean before using.
Wallpaper in the bathroom looks old over the years.
The bathroom tub plug is a wrong size, and you cannot pour water in the tub.
