Nestled in Gatlinburg, this lovely house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. *** LOCATION *** LOCATION *** LOCATION *** Gatlinburg Village Townhouses are conveniently located just a short walk from all the Gatlinburg activities, dining, shopping and entertainment. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a quick drive past the Gatlinburg strip. Only minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg!!! This newly renovated 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Condo has all the comforts of home. Easy entry from the parking area the lower level provides a stacking washer and dryer for your convenience. You will also find a bedroom that offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a standing shower. The main level welcomes you with cathedral ceilings in the living room/dining room, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen compete with granite counter tops, stone backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Step out onto the enclosed porch and take in the mountain views and Gatlinburg's Sky lift Park featuring the Sky Bridge. The master bedroom, also located on this level, features a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a whirlpool tub. Up the spiral staircase to the partially enclosed loft, you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination. 403 Baskins Creek is located off traffic light 6 in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a quick walk to downtown or hop on the trolley at the end of the drive. While exploring some of the attractions you will find include: Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Lift Park, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ripley's Believe it or not. Restaurants include Ole Red, The Peddler Steak House, Pancake Pantry, Tennessee Jed's, Big Daddy's Pizza, and Crockett's Breakfast Camp just to name a few. Don't forget the endless amount of shopping you will find not only in Gatlinburg, but also in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Stop in the shops of Gatlinburg's 8-mile Arts and Craft loop full of galleries, studios and crafts. It's always fun to visit the Visitors Center for more information. My friends and I came for a girls trip amd this place was amazing. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The walk to the strip was farther than we thought but that was our mistake but still very easily walked and plenty of light and sidewalks to make it back at night. We loved it and plan on returning!

This place was so perfect for our family! Because we visited during the holiday season, each room was decked out for Christmas and it was just so charming and welcoming. We were able to walk to everything in the downtown area which made things so convenient. Having two King beds and a bathroom for each room was amazing! This place had absolutely everything we needed and the owners were so friendly. It is obvious they take exceptional care of their property and guests. Definitely recommend! Thank you for a perfect holiday getaway with our teens!

The Unit was very clean, and comfortable. It was like staying at home. The unit is conveniently located to downtown and all attractions. It was our second time staying at the complex, and would definitely stay there again next year.

This was the best stay by far I've ever had in Gatlinburg and I've stayed at many different hotels, cabins etc! I seriously cannot say enough about how nice and clean and cozy this location was. We will definitely be staying here again! Location is perfect too!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description was spot on and the communication with the owner was wonderful. The condo is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is a pool on the property that we unfortunately did not get to use. The condo is about a 9 to 10 min. easy walk into downtown Gatlinburg. The trolly does go by at the end of the driveway but we never could time it right in order to catch it. The property is on a quiet street tucked back away from all the traffic. It's easy to get in and out of, and you can pretty much bypass ninety percent of the traffic. We even got to see a momma bear and her four cubs on our last day there. I highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to stay close to Gatlinburg.

Our visit can best be described as memorable. There was an unexpected issue at check-in, but the owner (Sandy) handled the matter to my satisfaction. The townhouse was comfortable and was convenient to the stores, restaurants, and attractions in Gatlinburg. The only downside to the unit was its proximity to the community dumpsters (especially with the trash truck coming early in the morning to collect the trash). I would consider staying here again the next time I come to Gatlinburg for vacation.

Decent location within walking distance to shops. The free trolley stops within a few blocks but we didn't use it. We liked having a large lighted private garage spot for our vehicle. Place was decorated really cute. If you're lucky, like we were, we had a front seat view on the deck watching a bear trying to get into the trash dumpster. Disappointed in the size of the pool area but they may not be important to some.

This is a great property for a Gatlinburg visit. There is ample parking and it is an easy walking distance to many attractions. Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for a group of females! The only negative I would have is the need to climb stairs for the main level with the kitchen and sitting area. I would highly recommend this location!

We stayed in this comfy Gatlinburg condo for a weekend while daughters played in a volleyball tournament. It was great to have space for teens to lounge about after playing. The condo was as described and we appreciated the coffee, sugar, and filters in the cabinet! The screened in porch is the perfect place to sit and relax. Super convenient to downtown. We walked there in about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again.
