About this house rental
Located in Myrtle Beach, this charming house for $825 per night is a great option for your next vacation. THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO FAMILY GROUPS ONLY. This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home located in southern Myrtle Beach has been recently renovated and features a private pool and magnificent views of the ocean from all over the house. This 2 story home features a private pool, large patio & deck area, gas grill, private beach access with shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens, Wi-fi internet access, and beautiful views of the beach and ocean from many rooms and the upstairs balcony. This property does not allow any pets, smoking indoors, motorcycles, student groups or ball teams, weddings, or rental to anyone other than family outings. 7 night minimum during the summer months and 3 night minimum during the non-summer months. HOUSE LAYOUT Note: You enter house from street side which is actually the 2nd floor. 1ST FLOOR (ground level): small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, double sinks and island with 4 bar stools; dining room table that seats 6; living room with 50" TV, couch & 2 chairs ; large bonus room with 50" TV, sofa & chairs, full size washer & dryer; bedroom w/ 1 king bed, TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom w/ 2 queens beds & TV; bedroom w/ 1 double bed, TV that shares a bathroom with bedroom with a bunk bed w/ trundle (3 singles beds) and a TV. 2ND FLOOR (front door): large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 2 dishwashers, sink, stove/oven, microwave and bar with 8 bar stools; dining room table that seats 8, living room with 50" TV, 2 couches and a chair; and 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and private bathroom in each, TV and private bathroom in each. PRIVATE POOL The pool can be heated during the months of March-May and September-November but only when the outside temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees (day or night). If you would like the pool heated when the low temperatures are below 55 degrees a $75 per day pool heating fee would be required to help offset the cost of the excessive gas heating bill. PARKING Guests may park a maximum of 6 vehicles at the property which includes the two car garage and ample driveway parking space.

Wonderful place for our family to celebrate the holidays…spacious, beautiful, and clean. Especially nice to have four king-size beds available. Some of us also enjoyed being in the pool in December! Our entire group enjoyed being at the beach even in the cold temps!

Beautiful property in an ideal location. Walking distance to the Boardwalk. There were 15 adults staying here with enough indoor and outdoor space that no one felt crowded. The property manager was always available to help when needed and took great care of us. Highly recommend!

We loved the property and location! Enough room to have alone time when you wanted it, and big areas for everyone to be together. The table for -2 was awesome with bar with extra chairs enough for family meals. Beds were comfy. Teens loved being downstairs and having pool and kitchen tight there . My loved sitting on the deck.

13 of us across 3 generations stayed the week of July 4th. Location is perfect, could walk to Starbucks, ice cream and some restaurants but the house is still far enough away from the hotels to be quiet. House is great for a large group, kids stayed downstairs and could stay up late as they wanted without bothering those who wanted to go to sleep upstairs. Great kitchen, huge dining table, great pool, and direct access to the the beach. Couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly. Would definitely book again.

My mom, 7 adult kids and our spouses stayed. It was a beautiful property with plenty of space and great views. Having 2 kitchens and plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms was exactly what we needed. The deck and downstairs patio had plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy. The only negative was the bedroom with bunk beds had no window.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. We have two toddlers and it seems like this house was designed for them. A wonderful pool with lots of new furniture. A portion of the pool has 12 inch depth which was perfect for them to play in. The upper balcony is huge and has a childproof gate. It has new and very comfortable furniture. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony while the grandkids safely played. Lots of appliances such as three dishwashers, two refrigerators, two washers and dryers. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping. We all loved the home and plan on returning.

You will not be disappointed. I have nothing to even think about saying negative about this property. The location was perfect. The house set up perfect. We already started talking about rebooking and we just left this morning. Everything was just as described. If you have small children there are gates outside and to the pool. There is a door to close at the top and bottom of the steps.

We had 3 couples staying during spring break and absolutely loved this place. All of the bedrooms, living spaces, and kitchens (yes....kitchens plural) are generous in size which made for an incredibly comfortable stay. We enjoyed coffee every morning outside on the patio with plenty of seating spaces. The location was great for walking to bars and restaurants or a quiet walk to the north. You are just away from the resorts so no noise at nighttime. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool but great size and, again, plenty of seating outside . The pictures don't do this place justice. Wonderful stay - thank you!

Hands down, this property has the absolute most amazing views you’ll capture on the beach 🏖️ . The heated pool is a bonus for daytime or evening swims. We were blessed with really nice weather for the beginning of March so that made our stay all the more enjoyable.
The outside furniture needs a little TLC, but we simply wiped off the tables and chairs that we wanted to use.

The house was easy to find and had an amazing location on the beach. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The house had everything we needed and I loved that there were plenty of bath towels for my family of 6. Everything was very clean and provided all of the necessary utensils. It was a perfect beach cottage!
