Home away from home

The property was big and comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay in the area. It felt like a home away from home.

We struggled to find the correct wifi password because the one in the email was not correct. We did find it in the welcome book.

Amazing views and customer service

Kelley was amazing! We had a slight issue during our stay but she addressed our concerns immediately and promptly! Would definitely stay again if I ever got an opportunity to visit Colorado again! The view was amazing. And the check in and out instructions were laid out and easy to follow. Rooms were nice and clean. Plenty of towels and food.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year for fair.

The location was excellent for us. We were very close to the fairgrounds which made it very convenient for us. The size of the house and accommodations were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the blow up mattress was very helpful.

The lower staircase needs a railing. My elderly mother and father-in-law stayed with us and they had a difficult time negotiating the stairs going to the ground level. This was definitely a safety hazard. There was some residue food on some of the dishes in the cabinet.

The location was good

I had read the reviews and there was a mention that it wasn't very clean, but I emailed when I made the reservation saying I was going to book but that I wanted assurance that it would be clean and they told me that it would be. I again emailed a few days before and again I was told it would be clean. We got there the floors in the bathrooms were sticky and dirty and the bathrooms did not look like they had been cleaned. I wiped up floors with clorox wipe and it was filthy. I sent a picture to client contact and she said that all cleaning protocols had been followed and would never admit there was a problem. The house looks very worn and not kept up.

Has potential, but is not worth the money for it's overall condition and lack of cleanliness.

Location was good, property has a lot of potential.

Property is clearly used as only a rental. It is poorly maintained (laminate flooring in main level is warping and laminate is peeling off; carpet upstairs in bedroom level is stained. Even though renters are charged a cleaning fee, there was something splattered on the wall in the middle bedroom, there was hair left in both shower drains from previous occupants, some dishes had food remains crusted on them. My wife and nieces cleaned the bathrooms and the wall, and we realized that we needed to wash the dishes before we used them to ensure that they were clean. If there is a cleaning service, it is superficial only. We were provided the incorrect wifi password in communications from Evolve, and we learned that there is NO television service unless you provide your own internet television access. Support from the local contact on both the television and wifi password issues was lukewarm at best.

It was fine overall, very spacious and well equipped with things i needed to cook and be comfortabl.

Directions were clear and easy

Bed had hair in one bedroom and also in one bathroom so I’m wondering if the person before cleaned or if someone comes in to clean? Directions clearly ask us to technically clean up before leaving. Happy i had my own sheet set and towels.
