Comfortable, clean and accomodating.

Room was quiet and comfortable, clean and the staff was good. They addressed our request to fix a clogged drain very quickly and pleasantly. Breakfast was good.

Good location, clean

Breakfast was just some oatmeal packets, bars and yogurts but coffee and tea was always available. Pillows were way too hard/high for me.

Affordable, clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay

We love the value and location of Riverside. The staff is friendly. There are plenty of food and drink options in the area. Riverside is now offering a continental breakfast also.

We were disappointed that we were not able to get the king room we booked. We were told that all 4 king rooms had been booked and they weren’t sure why booking.com allowed us to book it. I checked the app for the night we checked in and it still showed that they had king rooms available. We have stayed in a king room here before and the bed was much more comfortable. The pillows are great though.

Superb

Friendly staff and very hard working.

The breakfast had mostly carbohydrates. The protein choice was yogurt and I noticed that it was out of date on 9/21/2022. Our stay was 9/26-9/30. So it was out of date and I chose not to eat it.

Hoss was great- very helpful and accommodating! He also gave us new, super comfy pillows to test out, which were wonderful! The room was clean and location is right next to a couple breweries and restaurants -my friends and I were there to hike and it was a perfect spot to meet up. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Not a 5 star of course but a great place to get some sleep!

The downtown was only about 1/4 mi away. An Asian restaurant next door. Another restaurant down the road. Store and gas close by. Although this is an older hotel, amazingly clean and comfortable.

Very few breakfast choices. If you don't like oatmeal, you're out of luck. The muffins are the unhealthy mass manufactured ones. Toast and cereal, or even just toast, would be a welcomed addition.

Facility is under new management and upgrades and improvements are taking place.

Thought there might be breakfast. There was a detour right outside of FairPlay. Would have been good to know about it.

Good location, quiet, clean, good beds.

Not alot of information from staff ( example that there was a continental breakfast, where and when. ) No receipt provided. Had to write my email address down and after 24 hours, i still don't have a receipt. Expensive compared to other places I've been.

Satisfactory.

Nice, clean and fullfilling. My business meeting ended early and the staff accomidated my early departure.

It would have been nice if the swiming pool and hot tub were available. This feature was available in my previous stays in prior years.
