That view is postcard worthy, don't you think? This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted (additional fee applies).

Our family had a really lovely stay. This cottage has a beautiful scenery overlooking St Lawrence and iles-aux-coudres. Kitchen was well stocked and had some basic pantry items. Well situated to Baie saint Paul -under a 20 minute drive. Our only inconvenience was that the water kept shutting off during our stay. Thankfully, the property manager had someone come within the hour on both occasions.

We stayed here in August of 2023. The house is beautiful and well-equipped. Like all places I’ve ever stayed, there are never enough towel racks to hang towels and wet clothes. And I would have appreciated a guide book to tell us how to work the TV system, the washer/dryer, and the AC system -- but these are small quibbles. We really liked the location as it is central to many things we wished to do. We went whale watching in Tadoussac (2 hour drive north), hiking in Parc National des Hautes-Gorge-de-la-Riviere-Malbaie (about an hour northwest), hiking in Parc National des Grands-Jardins (under an hour), kayaking in St. Irenee (1 hour north), and strolling and dining in Quebec City (1.5 hours south). Baie-St.-Paul is the closest town, about 10-15 minutes away. It is a charming little town with many restaurants, grocery stores (we shopped at IGA a lot), and an excellent chocolatier. While it is true that you are unlikely to find any food places that will deliver to this house, there are plenty of places in Baie-St.-Paul to buy pizza, sandwiches, or other prepared foods to bring home. You can’t expect food delivery if you’re paying for a peaceful setting to get away from it all! Having said that, be aware that you can hear people at nearby properties at night. The development itself, Domain Charlevoix, has its own hiking trails, a pond, and a playground if you don’t want to drive anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We rented this cottage for a family vacation in early July. The property, which offers a view on the Saint-Lawrence Estuary, is clean and well kept. The property management responded promptly to our questions and enquiries. The property is close to Baie Saint-Paul where you can find a number of local food producers. We took an opportunity to visit Tadoussac (2 hours away) for whale watching tours, as well as Cap de Bon Désir for whale watching from shore.

Third time visiting this area for skiing at Le Massif. Close enough and can enjoy the town of Baie St Paul. Home was bright, clean and comfortable. Beds were great . Kitchen well supplied with all one would need. Lots of seating both for dining and relaxing. Sun comes into home and makes for a bright way to start your day. Certainly would recommend for everyone including children.

Great house for a family vacation, nice common areas and well equipped kitchen. However there are no shades in the main living area. The living space becomes unbearablly hot and bright. We couldn't sit in the kitchen or living area between 8 and noon. Also the restaurant option in BSP are extremely limited. Plan to cook at the house. We couldn't even get take out

Modern clean chalet, exactly as advertised, with a spectacular view of the St Lawrence and L'Isle-aux-Coudres. Wonderful hiking trails on the doorstep and easy driving to Baie Saint Paul and L’Isle. All equipment, tv’s, internet, heating/ AC, were easily controlled and worked without any problems. We enjoyed a wonderful week there.

We enjoyed the amenities and the breathtaking view. However, the location is quite remote and the unsaved entrance way is very rough to navigate, actually treacherous for both humans and vehicles. At a time when a lot was going on around the world, it would also have been nice to have access to live news on tv instead of reruns of week-old broadcasts. Only one outdated French channel available. Otherwise, the place was perfect.
