Enjoy a worry free stay in Waco, Texas. Here you can take a break while having all the comforts of your own home. A short 20 minute drive to downtown Waco, Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park, and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed for your day to day meals. The coffee bar will help get your started in the mornings with our many coffee cups, Keurig, and different coffee flavors. The house also has a dog run in the back yard for your 4 legged friends to enjoy. The washer and dryer will help you refresh your clothes for your trip to continue on its merry way. The home is equipped with outdoor video cameras for the safety of our guests. Host lives in the area and is available to help if needed.

We came back to Waco to celebrate our son who was moving overseas. The house was PERFECT and all we could ask for. The bonus was Baskin Robins (ice cream shop) that literally just opened down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are home. If we ever come back to Waco, we will stay here for sure!

My husband & I had a great time at this location. The house was welcoming, clean & decorated nicely. Kyle was communicative & made the checking in process so easy. We brought our two dogs with us & the backyard was perfect for them.This house was our first Vrbo & I hope all our future houses are just as lovely as this one. Thank you so much, Kyle! :)

Great Property, good location. Neighborhood was a little crowded with cars and roof repair companies from a previous storm that rolled through but it was manageable. We had a great time in Waco, house was 15 minutes from the downtown area which made it super convenient. Only downfall we had was the dog run area was overgrown and couldn’t be used by my small dogs, the shower head in the MBR was a little small for my 6’2” frame and there was not 1 single blanket to be found in the home but we got by. All in all it was a good stay and we would rent again if we came back.

This is the second time my family and I stay. The home has it all to make you feel very welcomed and at ease. Communication with the owner is A+. Location is perfect everything is less then 20minutes. Will continue to book evertime we are back in the area. Thank you.

This was a great house for a short trip to Waco. Each room was well set up and it was clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The host supplied coffee bar and all kitchen needs. There were dogs next door that barked all afternoon almost every day which was a slight nuisance but not something that would keep us from coming back. The only feedback I have for the host would be updating the pots and pans - several were bent and some of the non-stick parts were coming off. Other than that, the house was as described.

The house was in the perfect location for what we needed it for. It was just like it was listed and was a nice, clean home. The property manager was very easy to reach and answered every question we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay! Cute and cozy house in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect! We hope to make this trip and stay here again. It was clean and had everything and more we needed for our stay.

We love love loved Kyle’s house. We felt relaxed and comfortable. We loved his decor and bedroom set in Master Bedroom so much that we came home and bought the exact same set! 😂

The property manager/owner response and interaction was great. The home was clean, roomy, and stocked with everything you would possibly need when staying away from home. In addition, the home was stocked with an amazing coffee bar and the beds get an A+ for comfort.

Very nice property. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed as far as appliances and utensils for holiday cooking. Thoughtfully decorated for the Christmas season. Well stocked coffee bar. Close to our family in China Spring. Would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

We were in Waco for an event and needed to house a family of five and a small dog. The house was just as described, and had the added touch of being decorated for the holidays. It was just like being at home. No drama. No elevators. No breakfast crowd. Just a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to Waco to be convenient for us. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for a family visit. Clean and spacious. Lots of seating in living room and at the dining table. Our host had stocked up on K-cups so we had lots of coffee choices. Nice backyard and Barbeque. Only issue we had was the overpowering air fresheners. The one in the living room had to be unplugged and we put it in the laundry room. Great choice for families.

We had a wonderful stay in Waco in this home! It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring! The location was close to main thoroughfares to easily get to all areas of interest. I highly recommend Kyle’s lovely home!

Checking in was super easy the home was immaculate very comfortable our children loved the bunk bed room. My sister-in-law said she got some of the best sleep she's had in a long time! My husband and I were also very comfortable in the master bedroom and we all enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the backyard catching up and to top it all off we got to go and see a great football game Go Baylor!!

We will definitely stay here again - perfect place to unwind and get things ready for moving our college student in. Lots of space, super comfy furniture and beds. HUGE kitchen. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely rent here again. Enjoyed driving by the Brazos River Park on our way to Baylor each day. Hosts got back to us quickly each time we had a question. Check-in and Check-out was super easy.

My fiancé and I took our close family on a weekend getaway before school starts. We enjoyed bringing our sweet puppy and letting her in on the fun. We had a great time in Waco and really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for dogs and had many toys to keep her occupied. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pet friendly rental.

One of tHe cleanest houses I have ever rented!!! Very welcoming & comfortable.
The house was so very CLEAN & comfy, we loved it. Plenty of space and the beds were comfy.
The owners were very responsive & helpful with navigating the area., we will totally be contacting Kyle the next time we are in need of a place to stay when we are in the area.

Felt like home
This is a perfect property to visit Waco! It’s far enough away from everything busy & in a safe neighborhood! We had two couples & a 2 year old. There was a big tub in the master bedroom which made it easy for bath time! It literally felt like you were coming home every time you opened the door. The master is on the opposite side of the house than the other two rooms, which gave both families privacy! Cute backyard with tons of fun stuff to do! I will plan my next Waco trip around the availability of this property. It’s that worth it!

Charming!
Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, this charming house is easily accessible. Spotless and very nicely decorated, there are lots of kitchen amenities and the master bed was very comfy. Communication with the hosts was very easy and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

We loved everything about this rental: the clean Linens, Coffee Bar area, a place for our dog to run outside, etc. The neighborhood was really quiet and friendly. Thank you for such a great rental!!!

What's not to like about this home. Communication with owner was A+. When we walked in loved the smell of a clean home it was so inviting. I have rented so many homes but none like this one it has it all. Everything in the kitchen to cook, loved that it also had a coffee section which was so thoughtful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and provided enough towels. Our trip was to visit popular places in Waco which was only 15-20 minutes. Once you're in Waco everything else is close. We really enjoyed our trip from being in a beautiful and relaxing home to everything Waco offers. I highly recommend this home it will not dissapoint and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful and Cozy
House was in a great neighborhood. Beautiful property well maintained and furnished. Nerf guns for the kids and a great dog run. Kyle was super accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend!
