The property is great. Only drawback is the location on a busy street, so lots of traffic noise at 6:30 in the morning.

Family wedding on Gilford. We are from Minnesota, ourselves and some extended family stayed at the home. The home was lovely, very clean, fully equipped house, worked great for attending our wedding venue. Great attention to details! Highly recommend.

Stayed in this large but welcoming and cozy home with our children and grandchildren. Plenty of space and very clean. We had a fantastic time. The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and much larger than we thought. There were brownies there that the owners had made for us, which was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town for a concert!

The property is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. A group of adult siblings were taking our families to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The location was excellent for attending an event at this venue. So close. The spacious living areas and bedrooms were perfect for gathering and spreading out. The kids spent a lot of time around the ping pong table. The hosts left plenty of house and local information and communicated very well. We would love to visit again.

Clean and spacious home with tons of charm. Walking distance to many historic sites in Laconia and a short drive to the rest. Host was helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here.

Easy to rent and to communicate with the host. Great location in Laconia. Plenty of space in the house and great set up for ping pong. The firepit outside is a great place to sit and relax.

Great house! Very clean and super cozy! The beds were very comfortable - loved the gas fire place! The ping pong table was fun for all! Well stocked with dishes and good quality sheets, towels. I would definitely stay there again! Near Gunstock and other good locations at the lake!

Stayed here for the long weekend and it was more than we expected. Perfection house, very clean and comfy beds. plenty of room so close to Gunstock mountain and local restaurants and attractions. Owners were amazing and available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again

We rented this home for a family wedding on New Years Eve in Tilton. We loved having the Christmas decorations up as it was very inviting and also perfect for celebrating Christmas with the other side of the family! We loved having the additional space for our children to play in the game room. We appreciated that many toiletries and extras were provided, such as laundry detergent, shampoo, coffee etc. The house has so much architecture charm, we really enjoyed our time in this home. Would recommend this home to a friend!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our "holiday house" in New Hampshire. The entire process, from booking through check out, was so easy. The home is warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for our entire family. It was decorated for Christmas, which everyone loved, especially our younger grandchildren. Our hosts were extremely responsive, even when we locked ourselves out of the house. Our grown children loved the ping pong and foosball tables. Thank you so much to Nichole and Peter for a wonderful Christmas!

Celebrated an accumulated 157 years of marriage on this first trip to New England. 5 nights/6 days allowed us to do several things. The museum in Laconia was so interesting! Picked apples at Smith's Orchard. Drove over to Kittery, Maine and down to Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts just to be able to notch two more states off our list. Rode the cog railway up to the summit of Mt. Washington on a perfect day, 90 miles of visibility allowed us to see into Canada as well as the Atlantic Ocean from that vantage point. We truly enjoyed this home and really enjoyed the gas fireplace each morning and evening to start and end each day! Great memories for sure...

The home is fully equipped with anything and everything you would need for a relaxing vacation from the kitchen, to the outdoor extras. Nicole responded quickly to any communications. Cant wait to book again and already wishing we could have stayed longer.

This was our second time staying at Nicole and Peters property and it is absolutely perfect. The house was spotless clean, the location was close by to shopping, the lake and restaurants and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed so some nights in. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table as well! We would definitely stay at this property again!

The home was very well kept and was ready for us when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was very spacious. Pete and Nicole were very responsive and very friendly. Their welcome book was very easy to follow and helped us find things to do on those rainy days. Our family looks forward to staying here again!

Owners were right — this is a beautiful, well-cared for family home. Vintage charm with all the modern day updates. Nicole and Pete were incredibly responsive and friendly. Only drawback was we had different expectations of the location. Not being familiar with the area, we had hoped for a more walkable location or bike friendly for the kids. This house is on a busy street with lots of traffic. Everything was easily accessible by car, but not the lake community feel we were hoping for.

This house in Laconia is very close to so many things, Weirs Beach, Lake Winnisquam, Gunstock and many area hikes. We loved that we could easily walk the dog a few blocks and never did the same two walks twice. Annie’s was a short walk for Bakery treats. The kids aged 8-12 loved the Ping Ping table and my husband loved the wood burning stove. My mother and I loved the gas fireplace and gas stove. The oven worked well and the dining room was great for meals, puzzles and family game time. The beds were spacious and very comfortable for the 8 of us from ages 8-69. We definitely had some great family time here. Nicole and Peter were very responsive to any questions we had and left us a baked treat upon arrival that we all adored. We were lucky to have a white Christmas here even with a Christmas tree but I could see it being very easy to enjoy the house and this location in the summer as well. I would definitely rent this house again, thank you!

Very comfortable home. My adult children enjoyed the ping pong and foosball and we enjoyed the porch. The food at Annie's was great. Walking for our breakfast was a nice treat. I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls . Hosts were awesome to work with, very quick response for any questions.
