Proximity to everything in the area. Great food. Cute! Cozy cottage. Comfortable bed and nice view of the lake. Really nice staff totally accommodating.
Blinds did not keep the light out. Bathroom fan was so loud. Was concerned of all the propane tanks right outside our unit. This unit was close to the cooking fan so could smell quite a bit of the fried foods in the cottage. And the night light outside the cottage was shining right into the bedroom window

Very friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room
Beach access was disappointing, lounges are tipped down so impossible to sit without falling over---waterfront is loud,more of a party/boat scene than for enjoying lake/sitting/swimming. However, short walk (10 min) to local public beach and great local taxi service for afforabel rides to Bank of NH pavilion

The food.
The water with the shower would fluctuate between very hot and very cold .. would not stay consistent.. the lights at night would be bright in the room for most of the night
