Overall our stay was very nice. One issue we did come across was the trim to the front door into the condo was coming off the wall. It was the piece that the door safety latch was attached to. So it you opened the door and the latch was secured, it would pull the trim off. It led to a bit of a safety concern since we are not familiar with the area. We did tell the front desk so they are aware. It looks like it was fixed multiple times but only with caulk so not co.pletely fixed and it tells me they know about it.

Our stay was nice. The only complaint would be better lighting in the parking lot in section 4. When you first turn in lot 3 there was good lighting then when going further to lot 4 which was in the back it was dark, the only lighting was on the building going into your rooms not in the parking lot area.

The pool that your kids will rave about! We had so much fun at the local restaurants and beaches, but our kids ensured we came home each night to swim at the resort. With two slides and a massive hot tub, there was something for everyone and it never felt crowded.

The staff were amazing, as was the indoor pool area with water slides. We really appreciated the large size of our unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. While we would certainly stay there again, we would like to see some changes for the high price paid:
The mattresses are horribly uncomfortable and lumpy and for what is labeled a 4 star property asking $500/night, the mattresses MUST BE replaced with something high quality. It is clear the mattresses are extremely worn and old. Hotel and rental properties should replace mattresses every few years considering the use they get.
The kitchen floor was absolutely filthy. While the kitchen counters and the rest of the unit had been cleaned and dusted, the kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. The dishes were also filmy and we had to hand wash them. It seemed the dishwasher did not do a sufficient job cleaning many of the dishes we unloaded from a "cleaned" cycle.
The furniture and decor is dated, which we actually thought was fun and met the "Great Outdoors" late 80s/early 90s vacation vibe, but, it truly needs to be steam cleaned. The upholstery was dirty, and one of the sitting chairs and floor lamps were broken.
They provided gas grills outside, which was great, but no heavy duty grilling utensils or grilling non stick spray...so we had to buy the grill spray and made do with a tiny pair of metal tongs...when we really needed a heavy duty metal bbq set at our disposal.
Make the necessary updates, to match the price paid.

We liked that it was away from the town center, but close enough to get there easily and quickly.
The property was very nice but little sound proofing between rooms (upper and lower levels). Was noisy with children running and jumping above us at all hours.

We took our two grandkids who loved the indoor pool, the table tennis and the racquet ball court. Having their own bedroom and bathroom allowed them privacy, while the grandparents felt secure having them under the same roof.

The only reason I cannot give a great review is because the beds are ridiculously firm and uncomfortable. If we were to stay longer than the two days I feel we would have had to leave early because my husband was not sleeping well due to the terrible mattress. The beds need to be upgraded they are not comfortable at all. The basketball tennis/courts need to be be repaired and the basketball net back board was bent making it difficult for my son to shoot hoops. The pools are very nice and well kept along with the grounds. The two bedroom condo was amazingly spacious and had a very nice large outside balcony. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Appliances were in great condition. Close to Weirs Beach and shops. Very convenient location. Staff were very nice and professional. If you don’t care about comfortable beds then I highly recommend. If you cannot sleep on the firmest mattress you can imagine this place is not for you.

Walkways and balconies were in state of decay, furnitishungs were old stained, carpet was stained . The bathrooms were done over and clean but overall the pictures were not updated and our first impression was to find the c onfirmation to see if this was indeed the hotel we paid for. I 've paid less for a delux room at Disney .....disappointing.

The actual room itself had extremely dirty couches that looked very gross and old. King bed was okay in the room but the two twin beds were broken and bending inwards. Outdoor and indoor pools were good and overall outdoor property was very nice. Close driving distance to Weirs beach but not walkable.

The rooms and buildings need to be updated. Paint was chipping and worn away on outside stair cases and walkways. Carpets had pulls in them, walls needed painting, very dull looking. Tv in one room didn’t work. Wasn’t told that couldn’t use top outlet, but had to use bottom with light switch. Took until the morning we left to figure it out. Handles came off windows, faucet knobs came off. Could use a good cleaning. Lots of built up dust over doorways and in in vents. Bed was very old and lumpy, same with the couch. However, the lobby and pool area were clean and tidy. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clear. Staff was friendly enough. Overall not worth the money I paid.

Very nice resort for the price. It was like staying in our own apartment. The washer/dryer and jet tub in the room was a definite plus. Loved the pool and the hot tub tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the space, comfort, cleanliness and convenience of our booking. While in the lounge I heard staff talking loudly amongst themselves at the desk stating "some people are so stupid" (after a guest reported their units fridge not working, and a few other maintenance issues at check out) as well as discussing multiple staff issues including a staff member being reprimanded in front of his coworkers for his work attire. Their unprofessional behavior soured an otherwise pleasant stay.

We really felt at home the 2br2bath was the perfect size for our group and it was nice having a porch. The pool was good not great it was cold the first day the next day it was much warmer. The hot tub was nice but over all didn’t seem too clean. The front desk/bartender person was nice and helpful. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

We were woken up each morning by the people upstairs because you could hear everything through the ceiling it was so thin, absolutely no sounds barrier. The game room was a joke. Disgusting pool table and broken foosball table. The only thing that was decent about our stay was the staff. Will never go back to this place.

A very nice place. It needs a bit of upkeep. The wonderful pool are had a bunch of lights out, so there were dark areas. They also remove the bench in the mens locker room — makes changing (especially with a wet floor) very challenging.
