The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff.
Breakfast was very good, though the set up was a bit close. Folks were bumping into each other.
My wife and I were in Jasper for a wedding. I used the iron and the iron ruined my shirt. The iron had melted plastic or something on it. Whatever it was rubbed off on my shirt and ruined my shirt. Good thing I had a second shirt with me.

Our bed was dirty when we arrived. We were moved to a second room. That room’s door wouldn’t latch shut.
