We just finished a 3 night stay at this property. It was as advertised and we were very comfortable and would stay here again. The Good: We found the house to be clean overall, 9/10. We realized about 3hrs into our drive that we forgot our pillows at home which we never do. We prefer quality pillows with some structure to them and a semi firm mattress. We were pleasantly surprised at the bedding and pillows overall. Everything was quality and met our comfort needs. My wife was impressed at how stocked the spice cabinet was and well equipped the kitchen was overall. We would definitely cook here next time. Communication from our host was also good. The coffee maker was broken so I informed our host and first thing in the morning she delivered us a new one. The bad: the toaster is super cheap. Not a big deal but why not get a decent toaster since most guests have breakfast at home and go out for lunch and dinner? Also the location is a bit noisy and might be too noisy for sensitive guests. We were fine but if you’re a light sleeper then make sure you get the primary room set towards the back of the house. Our friends got the other room and said it was a bit noisy through the night. The ugly: about 30 mins after arriving there was an aggressive knock at the door. It was a woman claiming to be the neighbor and was asking for money for some type of emergency. She appeared to be on some sort of substance. Anyway, nothing happened. But it would be nice if the front gate had some sort of a padlock on it to prevent random passersby from coming onto the property. I suggested to the host that one be provided but if i come back to this property I’ll definitely bring my own lock and chain for the gate in case there’s still none. All in all this property is a win. I would stay here again. People sensitive to noise might find the neighborhood a bit noisy tho so you’ve been warned. We were fine with it.

The property itself was exactly as it was described. It was well kept and clean. It was on a busy street, but we wanted to be close to downtown. There was some street noise, but again, if you want to be close to downtown, you're going to have noise. There were 4 of us staying for 4 nights. Four towels, one of each size, was left in the property. Only a few were nice hotel standard. We asked for more after we had been there a day and 2 bath towels and 1 hand frayed hand towel were dropped off. I know it may seem trivial to some, but with everything else so well laid out, that was a disappointment. Overall we were pleased with the property, location, communicaiton and furnishings.

Property was filthy, with dead flies and someone else's leftovers in the fridge. There were pests all over the property and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were disgusting. The property management was unwilling to refund the stay, and I offered for them to discount it since clearly the over $100 fee for cleaning clearly didn't go towards it.

Absolutely cute place to stay, very near to everywhere. Host was prompt with all our requests and questions. House was extremely clean with all the cute interior making a place so fun to stay with your friends. It has huge kitchen, living area and great parking spot. All toiletries were provided (shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover) and lots and lots of towels. Overall, it was the nicest experience I had with vrbo and would definitely recommend the place if you are visiting New Orleans for the first time. I will definitely be coming back to the same place if I were to go visit New Orleans in the future.
