Welcome to Smoky Mountain High, a recently remodeled 6 bedroom, 5 bath cabin with mountain views from 3 decks in amenity rich Chalet Village. The cabin is 3272 Sq Ft over 4 floors and sleeps 18. Centrally located! - 10 min to Downtown Gatlinburg - 17 min to Pigeon Forge - 22 min to Dollywood - 10 min to skiing The cabin is serviceable by Uber and within delivery range for many Gatlinburg restaurants, which is rare for homes in the area! Enjoy access to Chalet Village common clubhouses including 3 outdoor pools, tennis courts and more. - Pool Open From Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather dependent) - The pool is only a 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the cabin BEDROOMS This 4 story home sleeps 18 between 6 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. 4 bedrooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms share a bath. Bedroom 1 - King Bed Bedroom 2 - King Bed Bedroom 3 - King Bed Bedroom 4 - King Bed Bedroom 5 - 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds (4 total beds) Bedroom 6 - 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds (4 total beds) Bedroom breakdown: - You enter on main floor which has living, dining, kitchen, and 1 bedroom w king - Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is twin over full bunk beds, the other is a king. These two share a full bath. Every other bedroom in the house has their own bathroom. - Down 1 flight from main living is the game room and 1 king bedroom. - Down 1 more flight to bottom level is 2 bedrooms. 1 is a king, the other is twin over full bunk beds GUEST ACCESS The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details and your personalized keyless front door lock code. No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise. Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay There is parking for 5 cars High speed Wi-fi is included In-unit washer/dryer are complementary Towels and linens are provided Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please BYO toiletries Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please BYO food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc. Drip Coffee maker is provided but BYO coffee The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! We do NOT offer late check out or early check in. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

I loved the view, the nightly bear visit (from a safe view off the deck). We could be in either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge with a short drive.

The home sits on top of a mountain and the views were wonderful. The house is below average. The living room area lacks any comfortable furnishings which made it difficult for our family to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen needs a lot of work and there were cheap touches throughout. The internet was very spotty and we had to use our phones constantly to get access. We were very disappointed in the overall quality considering that we spent a lot for the week. We have rented dozens of homes over the years and this was among the most disappointing.

Over all we had a great vacation with our big family. There were a few issues, but Josh seem to take care of them promptly. I would recommend more parking, if you can sleep 22 people then you need more than 4 very close spots. Beautiful view of the mountains and downtown, we actually seen bears at the cabin just about everyday we were there, even tried to get in my son's truck....

The house was great! Lots of space and terrific views. Just be aware the trip to the community pool is "up a steep hill" so driving there is better for us older folks LOL! But, the kids loved the hikes up. We saw bears every day and generally found the area wonderful.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin for the weekend to getaway and enjoy time together. The cabin is not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and the views were amazing! We also seen 5 black bears right by our cabin which was a treat and made the whole weekend! The host was communicative and great to work with and the cabin was exactly as described. Would stay again and recommend to others!

I certainly needed this quick vacation to relax and did just that. The property is great! The drive to it is quite fun, but if you don’t like heights, and tight corners, this may not be for you! Josh was great and quick to respond to a minor internet glitch! And the best part…..the bears around us! We loved them, from a distance of course! But it was the highlight of the trip!
Everything you need to cook, if you like, is there and we took advantage of the whole cabin. Played pool, watched TV and enjoyed the hot tub with perfect cool weather.
I definitely recommend this place and we will go back there next time we’re in Gatlinburg.

We all had a great time at this cabin. Everything they said would be there was and a few extra items as well. All rooms had privacy so great if you have multiple couples and the view from the top deck was gorgeous. Has multiple ways out of you're going to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge so no need for backtracking, and the trolley of you choose to take it, is right at the base of the mountain. Highly recommend. Great time had by all!

With 4 kings beds and 8 beds among the bunks, there was more than enough space for 16 people. The view is fantastic, and the space between the houses is enough that noise is not an issue at all. It feels like you’re all alone with your group.

The house was great for our weekend trip with 4 families. The house and rooms are very large. Plenty of parking. The location was nice being right outside of of Gatlinburg but the trip up the mountain is a little daunting with the steep roads and low visibility (fog). Would definitely recommend arriving before dark and when weather is clear.

The cabin was exactly as it is listed. Accommodated everyone perfectly. Check in and out was great. Cabin is well stocked with essentials. The only real issues we had was the parking doesn’t fit 5 vehicles as suggested and the trash bin isn’t large enough to handle large groups. Overall great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, we had a great stay at Josh's property for our family Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our group of 16! The check in process was easy and the host left us a Thanksgiving care package which was the cutest surprise. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas which also made us super happy!
The first night we were there, we saw a precious family of bears which was very exciting.
We would absolutely stay here again if a few updates were made such as:
- broken shower knob in the down stairs shower
- paint touch ups
- some walls need cleaning
- upgraded bedding (we had to buy a $100 mattress topper the second day because the downstairs bed was so uncomfortable)

Our family of 13 stayed on this property. We enjoyed being there. It was centrally located that fit all our needs. The only thing we would recommend if you have a big group like we did. Scatter out times for showers due to hot water!
The manager responded promptly if we had any questions. All in all this cabin was great for our family! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This home was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! We were quite a ways up in the mountains. The home had 3 different decks so you had an amazing view.
It was very peaceful and relaxing. Even a hot tub that we enjoyed in the evenings
One afternoon I was sitting on the deck outside the kitchen. I heard rustling in the trees below. I looked down and saw two baby bears below us. It was very safe as we were quite high up. Just exciting to see baby bears in our own backyard.

We came to Gatlinburg for our fourth return to celebrate our wedding. When arriving the steps to the hot tub were broken from the last renter, pen marks on the couch in the main living space and other minor things… we thought no big deal.. then the king bedroom on the last floor had bugs in the bed and a large amount of mold growing in the closet so we lost out on an entire bedroom because who wants to stay in something like that?… no one... Mold in one of the bathroom shower heads as well. Cleanliness of the cabin was not to our expectations. I did reach out to Josh about the broken steps and the minor things when we arrived, he was very responsive. He said he would see if maintenance could come out and fix the step. We did not hear back from that. The hot tub had a brown film inside because it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile so we did not use that either. I sent photos to Josh at the end of the stay because this was our wedding week and I personally didn’t have the time to reach out to get all of things things fixed. No refund was offered from Josh. Honestly, we were just disappointed. We have stayed at several cabins and always had such a great experience, this one not so much.

We had 15 family members together for the week. The property was located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for easy accessibility. We had a mama bear and 4 cubs visit us daily and got to see her nurse not far from the house! What a treat! Many family said it was the best vacation ever! Thank you for accommodations! Only 1 small hiccup…cleaning company wasn’t finished on time but they allowed us to put away groceries and take bathroom breaks so we made it work fine. It did not take away from our experience!

Great getaway
We had a great getaway and a wonderful time at the cabin. We saw bears every day and had coffee on the back porch each morning. It was a great time. Only thing I would recommend is to add another couch for when there is a big group. There is only the one couch and then everyone else is sitting at the dining tables or on the fireplace. Other than that, we had a great time! Thank you!!
