Welcome to your next Oregon Oceanfront Getaway! Located in Newport, this gorgeous home has Beach Access steps from the front door. This 2 story home has some unique features including: -Fantastic view of Yaquina Head Lighthouse -A new hot tub on the patio -Within walking distance of Nye Beach (multiple restaurants, pubs, night-life) -Tucked away in an amazing all-levels surfing cove -Glass gazebo, perfect for sipping wine or hot cocoa while watching the sunset -Outdoor fire pit -BBQ -Deck -Patio -Indoor gas fireplace The home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms: -2 King Master Suites -1 Queen Bedroom -2 Twins beds in one bedroom 2 Twin beds in the living room on the bottom floor (1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle) There are 4.5 bathrooms: -2 are within the King Suites -1 is a Full downstairs Bathroom -1 is a Full upstairs Bathroom -1 is an upstairs Half Bathroom Overall, this home is charming, beautifully decorated, and is very private. Come and enjoy the most beautiful and scenic area of the Oregon coast in our outstanding beachfront home! Management can be reached during your stay by email or cell phone. Access to expansive beach and surfing. View of Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Close to shopping. Home has a path to the beach and back road into Nye Beach. If you're interested in staying at Devon West, please confirm your guest count and let us know a little bit about the nature of your stay when you make a reservation request or inquiry. Karissa, our reservation coordinator, would love to set up your reservation with you. * We allow Sunday arrivals after 5 p.m. *Monday-Saturday arrivals are at 3:30 p.m. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m. Notes: - Absolutely no gatherings, parties, or weddings. Events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other activities that exceed maximum occupancy are prohibited. - Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly. - When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that OPI could retrieve if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Let us know if you have further questions. - We use a third-party software called Lodgify. Payment requests will come from Lodgify even if you booked through another platform.

This property was great for our 3 generation family vacation. 6 adults, three kids under 6. Plenty of room. REALLY appreciated the provisions of facial tissue. hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, etc. There was a high chair AWOL and they brought a new one over a few hours after we notified the manager. Close to lots of state and national parks. Walmart 1 minute away. Lots of space to spread out or be together. Would definitely rent again.

Overall we had a great 6 nights at this house. The house is all about the views from the back porch. Simply breathtaking and relaxing. Check in process went well and house well equipped with everything you need. We had 8 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space. We ate in the house half the time and ate out in Newport and Nye Beach. If you want breathtaking views and privacy with nice accommodation then this is place for you. Our only downside it this place is a bit run down and needs a thorough cleaning and painting from the front door to the deck and siding in the back. For amount being paid it should be in better overall condition.

Immaculate home, PLENTY of space, beds & bathrooms for 10 women. Hot tub, fire pit, everything was perfect. The only ding I have to say was the single ply toilet paper...It was out of place in such a high end home.

Ample room to accomodate our family of 8 - ages 4 through 82. Our elderly parents appreciated the master on the first floor with bath. The grandkids loved the bunk beds and tv room.
The view from the house is breathtaking - particularly the sunset and early AM with the fog. The beach access is right on the side of garage. For those less agile, you may need to drive to a better access point - it's pretty steep. Highly recommend having a fire and star gazing. You can see whales from the deck, especially in the late afternoon.
Our family will always cherish the memories we had at this house!

Ample room to accomodate our family of 8 - ages 4 through 82. Our elderly parents appreciated the master on the first floor with bath. The grandkids loved the bunk beds and tv room.

The interior of the home is lovely and spacious, and the view is truly spectacular. The beach and street are quiet, stores are nearby. It's clear no one actually lives there, and the property manager doesn't check on it, as the cleaning is superficial (seriously - don't look too close!) and there are no kitchen basics like scissors, bag clips, rubberbands, tape, etc. But the kitchen has mostly what you need for family meals if you don't have a large group. The house had plenty of room, blankets and throws are provided for chilly day and the bathrooms have a few towels, plus shampoo and conditioner. To put it kindly, the property management has... room for improvement. There are a VERY long list of rules for checkout that make departure stressful and a bit unpleasant. But the view is truly amazing. Would recommend nearby Dockside Charter if you want to see whales and the aquarium is fantastic.

Spectacular!
This property is amazing. Went there to celebrate my 60th birthday & I couldn't have asked for anything more. The view was even more impressive than I had hoped. I would definitely recommend it.

Great house!
Great family get away! The house was really nice, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Electronics, jacuzzi and appliances were all in perfect working order and the expansive ocean views and close proximity to the beach were fabulous! We all loved it and can’t wait to go back!:)

Right on the beach!
We stayed in Devon West with two other families for my mother in laws retirement getaway. We had a total of 10 in our party with 6 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. We had smores around the camp fire and enjoyed the hot tub. This property is centrally located very close to grocery stores and local attractions.
I didn't give this property 5 stars because they were short on a few kitchen utensils and the house appeared to be an older home that was recently remodeled. There were also small ants in the house. Not terrible but definitely noticed if you left out any food. Overall, we had a wonderful stay the views of the ocean and beach were perfect.

The house is ideal for "senior couples", having private bathrooms for each of the four bedrooms. Perfect for our group of eight ranging in age from mid-sixties to late eighties. That, along with cleanliness and functionality of all features made for a wonderfully pleasant stay. So, why not completely 5-star perfect? The outside trash can was full. Really full. It took some serious compacting to get the lid closed with our three days worth added to it. So, you ask, why didn't you call & ask to have it emptied? That's what keeps me from giving it the fifth star - we did. And were told it would be emptied. It wasn't.
A minor inconvenience during three days of beautiful weather in an ideal beach house.

This is our favorite home of all we have rented over the years any where in the world. The location & the views are amazing!! Just a short walk to reach the beach, where you can stroll or run for as long as you like. Or walk to Nye Beach for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or shopping. All rooms but one get to take advantage of the gorgeous views, including Yaquina Light House. The hot tube, fire pit, & gazebo are just additional benefits you get to take advantage of during your stay. The kitchen & grill make it easy to cook in but the location makes it easy if you want to go out & enjoy Newport’s very good restaurants. Maggie & Karissa are very quick to respond to any questions or requests. It is just gorgeous, spectacular, comfortable, cozy, we LOVE it & will continue to come back again & again!!! I do wish a few windows would be replaced, 1 in master bedroom upstairs, 1 in the queen bedroom & 1 looking out onto the hot tube downstairs. That is very minor actually in the scheme of what this incredibly beautiful house has to offer, trust me!! Thank you for sharing it with all of us who have been lucky enough to stay here.

This was a family vacation to celebrate Mom and Dad’s 57th wedding anniversary. Our family of 8 adults were extremely comfortable with plenty of room and a gorgeous view! The place has everything you could want. Easy walk to the beach with direct access. Great view of the Yaquina lighthouse. Super kitchenif you want to cook in. Well furnished. Great deck space and campfire setting. We didn’t want to leave!!

We loved this place. Looks like it was remodeled recently. Great kitchen and family room area, comfortable beds and quality linens, and great access to the beach.....everything we wanted for our trip. Additionally, management was great to work with, Maggie and Karissa were very responsive to any questions we had.

We rented this home for a family getaway for six adults and two toddlers. The bedrooms and social areas of the house worked out perfectly. We were entertained by fog banks rolling in, beautiful sunshine, unique sand dune beaches and amazing sunsets. The nearby fishing docks in Newport supplied us with delicious Dungeness crabs and an eventful evening (the enamel canning pot donated to the house for the next lucky crab fest!). We would certainly consider a return trip!

Completely spoiled!!!
This house is amazing. The views & location on the ocean can not be beat. Waking up every morning drinking your morning tea or coffee enjoying the view of the ocean & the lighthouse is simply stunning! Easy access to walking or running along the coast is fantastic. Close to everything you would want in Newport is nice too. The house is very nicely appointed, cozy & fun for a group or family to relax & enjoy each other’s company. So many places to break out to, the hot tube, the fire pit, the gazebo or the reading room are all very special. We love it here & will definitely return again & again.
