Nestled in Incline Village, this charming condo for $350 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy this beautifully remodeled mountain retreat. Create happy memories with your family and friends in 1720 sq. ft. of living space. Enter through the front door into the mudroom with slate floors. There is a large closet to store your gear. A cushioned bench to sit upon while removing your shoes or boots. Once inside the main home, you will see a custom reclaimed wood Lake Tahoe mirror crafted by a local woodworker. To your right is the guest bath and laundry area featuring a full-size washer/dryer. Moving in the opposite direction you enter the heart of the home, the bright and spacious kitchen. All new stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove for those who love to cook. Every kitchen accessory and utensil you could ever want to prepare a gourmet meal, or a quick snack is provided. Granite counters in the kitchen carry over to the gorgeous wet bar with custom copper sink. Mix up some of your favorite cocktails or open a special bottle of wine. The dining area offers a large rustic table to gather around at mealtime. Finishing off the dining space is additional storage with an oversized granite serving station. Once everyone is fed and happy, relax in the inviting living area with ample seating. The cozy L-shaped couch offers a chaise to settle in with a good book. An oversized chair with ottoman provides the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the gas fireplace. Games are provided for those quiet evenings at home in front of the fireplace. If you're in the mood for movies, watch the latest from the new 65-inch TCL Smart TV with Roku. The home is equipped with Apple TV, cable, and high-speed internet. Need to catch up on a little work? There is a desk tucked away with a view of the trees. Beyond the living room, you'll exit the French doors to relax on your private deck. Off the deck is a gas barbeque and open space to enjoy the mountain air and stretch out. When its time to call it a day, head upstairs to find three well-appointed bedrooms each decorated with a theme. The “Bear” room features a queen bed with memory foam mattress, custom lamps which double as night lights, cozy bedding, large dresser, closet, ceiling fan and a 43-inch Smart TV. Conveniently located next to this bedroom is a full bathroom. Down the hall is the “Lake’ room with similar appointments of a queen bed with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, large dresser, more cozy bedding, pillows, and blankets along with a 43-inch Smart TV. The spacious master suite is “Ski” themed with a custom metal downhill skier created by a local artist. The room offers a romantic lit ceiling fan, ambient lighting from two custom bedside lamps, a king bed with memory foam mattress, a large closet, sizable dresser and 55-inch Smart TV. We had a wonderful time at this well appointed, exceptionally clean, 3 bed condo. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of the little extras that made cooking away from home so easy including lots of spices. The condo layout is spacious with very comfortable bedding and linens and lots of little extra touches - night lights, spa towels, cooler, laundry detergent. The location was perfect for spending a day at the private beach or hiking with grocery and restaurants nearby. The hosts were super responsive, and check in and out was really easy.

Stayed with a total of 6 adults for a summer trip to visit Lake Tahoe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home actually felt larger than it appears in photos and was very comfortable with cute Tahoe lake and ski decor. It has all necessary kitchen, laundry, and bathroom items for convenience. Less than a 5 minute walk to the water and close to the bike path, sand harbor, and many great restaurants. About 15 minutes to Kings Beach and 30 minutes to Tahoe City. Only downside was the shared jacuzzi was not working so double check before booking if this is a must for you. Would stay again, any time of year!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was well stocked with everything you need to cook and even had all of the toiletries! It’s located in the perfect part of town! You can walk the short 0.5 mile to the Village or easily get to incline beach or the greenway that goes to the lake! So much to do! We enjoyed renting kayaks and E-Bikes! Along with beautiful hikes close by! The house was so great to come back to! And we enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the backyard! Beautiful diversity of birds! We will be back!

Incline village in north lake tahoe is more quiet and this rental was easy access to everything in the area. You can walk to the beach and walk to the Hyatt Regency Casino and restaurants. Also, the scenic highway to South Lake Highway is a 30-minute drive with breath taking views of the lake and mountains. We highly recommend this beautifully well-kept, beautifully decorated warm and cozy home.

Very nice condo for a ski weekend with my family. Cozy, clean, close to the lake and close to skiing.
I'd give a 6th star if I could for the hosts. We had to move our trip due to weather issues (the i80 closed) and Catherine was very helpful & understanding. After leaving, my wife forgot her rings in the condo, and the property manager Edward found them & mailed them back to us. So thankful to them both for going above & beyond for us.

My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is very well maintained with lovely decor and comfortable beds. We had a short walk to the beach as well as easy driving access to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose. After a day of skiing and playing in the snow, the fireplace was a treat. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to renting it again on our next Incline vacation.

This is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed. They had so many nice amenities and little details that made it extra special. We were in town for a wedding at the Hyatt and it was super close and convenient. I'd love to come back in the summer as you are right next to the lake. Great rental! We will be back!

This was our third time staying here and it was the best year yet. It’s a 3 minute walk to my favorite beach in Tahoe. The home is very clean and the communication from the owner and property manager make it as easy as possible. Can’t wait for next year!

This condo is very nice! It is large and nicely laid out. There were 5 of us - grandma, 2 grandkids and parents. We had plenty of space. The beds are oh so comfortable!
The only problem I came across was not the owners fault. In the past you could get a pass from the owner then go to the local beaches - Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar - but that has changed. Only the owner can purchase passes and is limited to how many passes they can purchase. We had planned to go to Sand Harbor, which we did every day, then in the afternoon walk down to the local beaches and use the pool at Burnt Cedar. With the passes, we could only go once with the 5 of us then 2 of us on another day. This put a wrench in our plans but we still totally enjoyed ourselves by spending everyday at Sand Harbor.
The owner was amazingly quick to respond to any questions I had. I think everyone would love staying there!

Wedding Weekend at McCloud
This beautiful property was the perfect home base for our family during our daughter's wedding weekend in Incline. The home is beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained. We were even welcomed with a snack basket and champagne in celebration of our upcoming event! The location could not be better. Each morning we were able to walk along Lakeshore Drive and take in the views. We walked to the lake for paddleboarding and beach time too. I would highly recommend this spacious! home
