Located in Castelsardo, this charming condo for $87 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Fully air conditioned and furnished self catering Sardinian One Double Bed Room. Apartment with Double Sofa Bed in the Living Room. Bathroom with Shower Bidet and Wash Hand Basin. Washing Machine. Covered balcony with Outdoor hardwood furniture, Barbeque for al fresco dining with breathtaking sea views of coastline. Please note that the Sofa bed folds out into a Double bed so the apartment can cater for a maximum of four persons. Short distance from a wide selection of high quality beaches and towns. Lifeguard attended pool in the high season. San Giovanni is located very close to a National landmark of la Roccia Dell'Elephante and has a national parkland on its doorstep. Castlelsardo and Valledoria are modern towns which offers the guest a wide choice of high standard restaurants, entertainment piano bars,night clubs, as well as shopping. Sports available in the area are golf, windsurfing,diving, sailing , hiking, canoeing to name but a few, (please note these activities are up to the guest to arrange) One Double Bedroom with Double Sofa Bed in the Living Room Bathroom fully air conditioned self catering apartments available to rent together as well as separately. They are situated in a very quiet, peaceful countryside location, with stunning views of the North Western Sardinian coastline. They are furnished to sleep 4 or 6 with balconies have outdoor hardwood furniture and barbeques for al fresco dining, The pool is built into the mountainside to take advantage of the excellent views. The pool has shower and toilet facilities and an in built shallow end for child safety. The pool locality and pathways are well fenced and railed and the whole complex has extensive lighting for security and safety during darkness. The pool area have chairs and sun loungers with several picnic tables and cleaning personnel from May to September.

Grundsätzlich liegt die Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen, malerischen Gegend, allerdings NICHT wie über die Website angepriesen in Castelsardo und schon garnicht in der "malerischen" Altstadt, sondern einsam, weitab draußen auf dem Land. Die Agentur, die die Apartments verwaltet, war nicht nur bei unserer etwas verspäteten Anreise sehr schlampig, wortkarg und unvorbereitet, sondern auch bei unseren diversen Nachbarn, die leider noch massivere Probleme wärend ihres Aufenthalts hatten als wir (kaputte Waschmaschine, Stromprobleme), wie wir in den Folgetagen erfuhren. Um zu spezifizieren, wir waren 11 Tage im August (=Hauptsaison) vor Ort und nicht im Februar! Bedingt durch eine erschwerte Anreise erreichten wir die Unterkunft erst in den frühen Abendstunden, als schon niemand mehr vom Personal zugegen war. Der Wohnungsschlüssel war, trotz mehrfacher Telefonate mit der Agentur, nicht auffindbar und nicht im vereinbartem "Schließfach". Nach verzweifeltem Suchen, Klingeln bei den Nachbarn und langem Hin und Her fand sich schließlich ein Schlüssel, der zu unserer Wohnung passte. Unser Apartment war für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt absolut nicht hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage hatte keine Batterien, die Wasserhähne waren alle schwer verkalkt, der Duschschlauch defekt, das Billigbesteck angerostet, nicht einmal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier war vorhanden und die schöne Aussicht von unserem Balkons von einem rostigen Gitterdraht verschandelt, der wohl die Vögel in den Wintermonaten am Nestbau hindern sollte. Zumindest Dieser wurde am Folgetag (aber nur auf unser energisches Pochen hin) entfernt und ein Klemptner gerufen. Der WLan Zugang funktionierte auch nur ganz minimal in einer Ecke des Balkons… usw Der Bitte am Abreisetag ggf. eine Stunde länger bleiben zu dürfen wurde hingegen strikt widersprochen, da die Putzfrauen das Apartment ja für die Folgegäste herrichten müssten. Diese sind allerdings selbst nach 1 Stunde nicht erschienen und so haben wir die Unterkunft leider ohne ein persönliches Wort an die Betreiber verlassen. Fazit: ganz miserables Management an einem ansonsten schönen Ort.

Das Apartment ist ca. 10 Fahrminuten von der Altstadt Castelsardo entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Apartment ist umgeben von Feldern, Kuh- und Schafherden. In der Ferne sieht man von der Terrasse aus den Strand von Valledoria.
