La struttura è situata sulla zona più panoramica di Castelsardo, che guarda verso Ovest. E' munita di diversi appartamenti e noi eravamo al n.4. che guarda verso Ovest anche se situato in basso. Consiglio i piani -1 o 0 per poter godere di viste migliori. Gli appartamenti 5 e 6 sono i TOP per il panorama. Mobili e cucina erano essenziali, molto rovinati a causa delle incurie dei precedenti ospiti. Fabrizio è stato celere nel sistemare tutto ciò che non era funzionale, eccezionale.
La piscina sul tetto è un vero punto in più, anche se i gabbiani la sporcano molto e viene pulita quotidianamente.
Non mi è piaciuta la sistemazione, nel senso che potevamo ambire ad un appartamento più panoramico come avevamo visto nelle foto di Febbraio. Però ci sono state modifiche in corso d'opera e l'annuncio è stato modificato. Poco male, per il resto è tutto perfetto.
Parcheggio a pagamento: 7 eur/gg ma situato in posizione coperta e vicina alle scale/ascensore
