In the backyard you'll find the private, heated pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee) with lounge chairs perfect for soaking in the Destin sun in the private fenced in backyard. There are patio tables and chairs. There is a gas grill to host memorable BBQs for your whole group. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay. *An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement *A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details. *Please enter exact dates and occupancy to see the most accurate rate. The rental price is subject to change based on season, holidays and other factors. Changes to the reservation may cause the rate to change. *VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. We had a great time. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. We paid to have the pool heated and it made for a much more enjoyable time. Pool felt like a bathtub and the kids loved it. I really liked the location as it was only a short walk to the beach and there is a restaurant right there on the beach as well. So if you want to spend the whole day at the beach you can order from the restaurant. Super convenient. Only downside was the process to rent was a bit involved but overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

I have rented other properties in the Destin, Fl area. This property however has been the best. When we walked in, you can tell that it had been cleaned to the tee. The staff was accommodating and responded literally within minutes of messaging. I would definitely rent this property again!

This was just the right house for our girls trip! All questions were answered quickly, great location with short rides to down town destin and crab island and a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time.

The backyard was virtually immaculate.
I fell in love with the artificial grass to where I am doing that to my home this year. The backyard was great for swimming in the Heated pool and Throwing a football as well as soccer.
Very roomy and we all were comfortable, which there was Nine of us. Very close to the Beach and Pompeo's Restaurant On the beach.

This is a very nice house located close to the beach. The house is also close to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

A little disappointed in the stained furniture! For it to be newly renovated in 2020 all living room furniture should be replaced and bar chairs need to be replaced, Plenty enough room for our Family of fifteen. And communication was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The location is excellent and the outside area was a huge plus for our family. We had plenty of towels and the home was clean when we arrived. I removed one star due to a few things: 1. the carpet needs to be replaced, 2. the walls were a bit dirty and could benefit from a paint job, and 3. the outside area is only accessible through one of the bedrooms, which makes it a bit awkward for whoever is sleeping in that room.

We had such a great time and loved the home! The pool was a plus! Kitchen was well equipped! I do recommend buying toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and trash bags! There is a Walmart really close by or a cvs. The beach was 5-10 min walk! I do recommend putting a smart tv in the living room. Other than that we had a great time and will stay here again!

We had people through our room all the time! (We took that room bc we felt bad about how tiny it was with the backdoor. Also that backdoor is translucent glass allowing so much sunlight it at very early hours.) Overall it was great, and the walk to the beach was fast, but next time, I'll be sure to book a house with four equal masters for the most part.

Beautiful house, very clean when we arrived. Very good equipped. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach.
It has a shower in the pool for after the beach that is great. The pool and the bbq is perfect! We had so much fun! The comunication with the manager was great too.
They leave towels, a lot of them for the bathrooms.
We loved our stay. We where 17 people, and we fit perfect.

Property was great for a large group. The backyard is very spacious and the interior spaces worked well for our group. We rented a golf cart for traveling to and from the beach but several in our group also walked. Would definitely stay at the property again!

This is a very well laid-out and beautiful property, that fit our needs perfectly. We stayed Jun-14-21 and had a family with 8 adults and 4 kids, ranging in age from 4-12. Each adult couple had their own room and there were plenty of bunk beds for all the kids, and each family had their own bathroom. The back yard and pool were awesome and much of our time was spent there. It's a short, 2 block walk to the beautiful beach, and shopping, dining, grocery all a short drive away. My only suggestion is that you replace at least one of the TV's with a smart TV (preferably living room TV) so that apps such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. can be accessed.

We had the best 4 generations family vacation. The house was good. The refrigerator was horrible looking. With the price paid I think the refrigerator could have been in better shape. I'm sure whoever damaged the refrigerator was charged for it. But as far as everything else it was great!! I do want to let you know that we did see two rats come over to the property from the property next door!! But all in all we had a wonderful time! Great memories!

This was a lovely home large enough for our group. We stay in most night for dinner and pool time. There was room for us all. The beds are comfortable and nice size rooms. Location is perfect you can walk to the beach or rent a cart to drive. You are close to shopping. Love this house!
