With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the house was very comfortable for a group of 8 people. The property provided plenty of towels and essentials in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for the preparation of simple meals. Living room furniture has seen better days but not too bad for a short visit. Tiki Bar were an added bonus as we grilled out almost every day. We enjoyed the pool as well. The beach is about a 5 min walk - the condominiums provide chairs and umbrellas for visitors which we used and enjoyed very much. The first floor bathroom had a leak in the ceiling around the A/C vent which prevent us from using the bathroom. We let the property manager know and they said that the issue was gona be taken care of after our stay ended. Overall, we had a great experience and ejoyed ourr stay in Miramar Beach, Fl Thanks!

Coastal Cabana was a great stay for my family and I. We stayed for a week, cleanliness was great. There was a broken support board on one of the beds we notified management, and they came out and fixed it on the spot. Super close to the beach. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay/book again, no questions asked.

We came to Florida for a relaxing week with aunts, cousins, and kids. This house was perfect for us! The pool while small was fine for the kids and for floating around. The pool area was where we hung out the most. It was a nice protected area with some privacy and great wind protection. The three levels in the house were nice to be able to have some space from each other. The location to the beach was excellent. We were surprised to find out that it was an easy somewhat private feeling alleyway to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is very poorly managed. Keyless access code did not work, seven phone calls and an hour and a half waiting on front porch after driving for almost 15 hours, we finally got access to the house. Pool full of sand and green algae growing on sides. Reported to Ocean Reef Sunday and Monday that the ppl needed to be cleaned. No one responded. A vendor came out on Wednesday to add chemicals to the pool and called Ocean Reef and told them to send someone to clean the algae from the pool, which they finally did Wednesday afternoon. Multiple shower heads sprayed walls soaking entire floor. Reported the shower issues and sent video of wall and floor soaked with water after only a few seconds of use, they never responded and never sent anyone out. We were unable to use those showers for the remainder of our stay. All balcony light bulbs and back porch light blown. After reporting the blown bulbs Sunday and Monday they sent someone to replace them on Tuesday. No one ever called to say they were coming out to the house, we returned from the beach and found the blown bulbs in the trash can. They had simply walked right into the house unannounced and without permission. There was a new home being built next door, literally only a few feet from the pool. We were woken each morning with the sound of saws, drills, hammer drills, loud music and yelling workers. The construction workers openly gawked at my daughters and female guests. On several occasions large pieces of wood came flying into pool area, my 10 month old grandson was almost hit by flying 2 x 4's, twice and sawdust covered every surface of the backyard including the pool while they were working. The garbage disposal did not work, and the kitchen sink did not drain. There was a leakin the the ceiling over the 2nd floor and the ceiling almost caved in. Someone came and turned off the a/c and the water to the house until a plumber could come and I was told that they may not be able to turn it back on that day. We decided to go shopping for a few hours while they contacted a plumber for the repair. I was promised that someone would call to update me as soon as they knew something. No one ever called, we finally just returned to the house and hoped for the best. Front porch steps were broken, my daughter cut her ankle pretty badly. Handrails on staircase extremely loose. Floors were dirty and sticky when we arrived. This was overall a horrible experience .

Beautiful property, lots of towels, sheets, blankets. Great location at a walking distance to the beach. The only issue we had was a very dark back yard/pool, dirty dishes, dirty bath tubs, and dirty underwear and socks left in a bedroom, some doors don't lock, and I had to mop floors because they were very sticky. I called maintenance for pool light service, but never got a reply. I didn't know that we could use the tv for the outside patio. It would have been nice to inform people of small details like that. Overall the place was beautiful. We do plan to come visit again. Thank you!
