Service was 10/10. Thank you to Luigi who drove us to and from the beach club and made sure we’re were hydrated and comfortable all the time, to Lorenzo and Andrea who booked multiple taxis for us, and to Fabio who suggested some great healthy items to order pool side. Housekeeping was also consistently spectacular with turn down service and housekeeping daily. They even helped organized my messy clothes every day.
Beach club and amenities 10/10. This hotel has a fantastic 100 meter pool great for swimmers like me and my husband and a beautiful green pool on site. The beach club is on one of the most beautiful stretch of water and sand in that part of Sicily. The price you pay is well worth access to that. We loved the shuttle service into Noto and the beach so we didn’t need to drive.
Room privacy 1/10 if you want to have your curtains or windows open. All rooms are ground level, and 80% are facing a pool or facing a walking path. There weren’t any skylights in the deluxe suite bedroom so it was hard to get sunlight without loosing privacy in the bedroom. Thankfully there was a semi opaque curtain for the room’s large windows facing the pool. This is not something the hotel can change but if you are the more private type you may want to get a villa or not be very happy with the room set up and may want to inquire ahead of time which rooms are most private.
