Absolutely fabulous stay, I was worried about some reviews but we had a fabulous room. Great amenities, the staff were the best with great personal touches and all so friendly. Food is really lovely and it’s an easy 5-10 min uber to the centre
Nothing really but would have liked one pool to be childfree only. Understand that’s not the case for the area and that’s fine but would’ve been more relaxing if spa did not allow under 14s rather than they had to be supervised

great views
service atrocious we have been three times before but this time it was ridiculous the only way to get a drink or food at the bar would be to physically hold someone to stop them running away when they saw you coming
you quickly get used to it but it’s funny watching American guests who are definitely not used to that sort of service
