Location, facilities, entertainment and the beach.
The rooms can use some upgrade, the wooden floor was pumpy from humidity, one of the beddings was stained. The tv was not smart, we could not watch Netflix

Excellent a la carte restaurants with really welcoming and knowledgable staff in particular Abdullah and Hassan. Brilliant location for walking to the old town via the scenic coastal route. Good things at the resort to do (via external companies) like jet skiing and scuba diving.
The Manager (Onur) was especially helpful in dealing with a few concerns we had when we first moved in
We paid for the apartment style rooms that had two bedrooms but realised that they were quite a walk away from the main site with multiple stair cases and lifts to get there and back. The close by superior rooms were actually better with better bathrooms too. So avoid the apartment style rooms and stick with the main superior bedrooms.
Also there was a picture of an indoor gym which didnt exist - there is an outdoor basic gym only

The rooms very small and the bathroom showers will definitely need some renovations as the water will over flow all over the bathroom floors
