Very pleasant stay. We would choose this hotel again

Staff is amazing, very friendly, attentive and helpful: waiters, bartenders, entertainment group, lifesavers and security. They made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Territory and room are cleaned every day. Close to the city center. Hotel territory is very beautiful.

Not about the hotel, but the sea was not so clean sometimes due to the strong waves, which, as we understood, are common in the second part of September. Could be a problem for someone - rocky or deep entrance to the sea

Situation géographique au top, personnel de piscine et

Situation géographique parfaite, à côté du centre ville, les déplacements que ce soit à pied ou en taxi étaient donc facile. Le personnel à la piscine, au bar et au restaurant était agréable (sauf un serveur au restaurant principal qui savait qui aider pour avoir des pourboires). Les repas qui changeaient chaque jour au petit snack près de la piscine. C’était simple mais efficace.

Le personnel à la réception et de chambre. Pour la réception, nous avions prévenu à l’avance que nous viendrions avec un bébé et que si possible, nous aimerions prendre une chambre calme au Rez de chaussée. Il s’agissait de notre deuxième fois dans l’hôtel en deux ans et je pensais que ça jouerait pour pouvoir espérer un upgrade. On nous dit à l’arrivée que l’hôtel était full et qu’il fallait revenir demain matin pour changer de chambre car nous étions au 2e étage. Nous revenons le lendemain matin à 10h, la personne de la réception va 20 secondes dans le bureau derrière voir le « manager » et nous dit de revenir demain parce que c’était full. J’avais entre temps vérifié sur booking et il y’avait bel et bien des chambres supérieur de disponible et nous étions prêt à payer. Le lendemain la même chose. La personne va de nouveau voir le « manager » qui répond pareil, revenez demain (à savoir si ce manager existe ou si c’est juste une technique). Nous avons abandonné car nous savions qu’on se moquait de nous et qu’ils préféraient garder ces chambres disponibles car elles leur rapporteraient plus avec d’autres clients. Il n’y en avait qu’un seul à la réception de compétent. Un jeune homme aux cheveux longs et attachés qui a pu nous aider et satisfaire nos demandes. Dommage que ses shifts ne correspondait pas à notre arrivé et départ. 2e souci, la femme de chambre de notre étage, désagréable qui oublie, deux jours, de faire notre chambre. Réception prévenue, on nous envoie quelqu’un qui dit qu’il l’a nettoierait en notre absence mais personne n’était venu. Dernier souci, lors de notre départ. Nous prévenu à l’avance la réception de nous envoyer quelqu’un pour aider avec les valises. Personne n’est venu après 30 minutes et 3 rappels à la réception. J’ai du tout descendre tout seul et on a du faire attendre notre transfert. J’ai du faire court à cause du nombre maximum de caractère mais j’ai certainement d’autres choses à dire.

The natural view of tree and sea

I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 hrs noontime. I waited for approximately two hours until the operation manager approached me and invited me to his office. Once inside, he informed me that there were no available rooms and that we would be moved to another hotel for one day until the next morning, as the current hotel was fully booked. The ladies staff at the reception department is unfriendly and often communicates in a rude manner. Nonverbal cues play a significant role in conveying various emotions and attitudes. These nonverbal signals can range from facial expressions and body language to tone of voice and eye contact. It is important to be aware of these cues, as they can greatly impact the overall atmosphere and customer experience.

Alright stay, will not be returning

Location was great. Not too far from the city centre and shopping areas. Cute resort, very white. Plenty of lemon trees around. Easy access to the beach. We were given a bottle of wine for our honeymoon, and a room which was not an upgrade but overlooked the pool area.

Air con not working and had a tough time getting someone to come and fix it on our first day stay. Food quality can be improved. Very very few vegetarian options, pretty much non existent actually. My husband survived on french fries and toast.

No air condition at the food are or the lobby ! 42 degrees ! What is the point ?! The food in not 5* at all ! The same every day and really poor, I never experienced this in turkey 🇹🇷

GOOD QUALITY AND WIDE VARIETY OF FOOD AT BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER NICE OUTDOOR DISCO ENTERTAINMENT USE OF A PUBLIC BEACH NEXT TO THE HOTEL WHICH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT ON THE WEBSITE OR PHOTOS- SO THIS WAS A BONUS. WATER SPORTS- JETSKIS AND FLOATING RIDES, SCUBA DIVING ETC NEXT TO HOTEL. VERY LARGE POOL FOR FAMILIES. NICE PIER/ DECK TO JUMP INTO THE SEA. FRIENDLY WAITERS, CHEFS AND FRONT DESK STAFF AS WELL AS GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANCE. SPECIAL THANKS TO AYBUKE WHO ARRANGED AND RECOMMENDED TRIPS/ TOURS / RESTAURANT FOR US! HOTEL WELL LOCATED AND EASY PLEASANT 10MIN WALK TO BODRUM CENTRAL TURKISH COFFEE!

OUR 2 ROOMS WERENT CLEANED DURING OUR STAY!? AS WELL AS HOUSE KEEPING STAFF NOT FRIENDLY NO MOVABLE SIGN IN CORRIDORS WHEN THEY CLEAN THE FLOOR WITH WATER SO I HAD A BAD SLIP AND FALL GUESTS CAN'T GET TURKISH COFFEE BEFORE 10AM?

Food and the landscaping of inside the property.

room animation, room cleanliness, poor bathroom maintenance conditions and stayed for 3 days bed sheets didn’t even changed for once.

the staff are really great. spotless resort, huge pools, huge variety of fresh & replenished food, local wine is perfect, great entertainment, great location & all inclusive.

the gym was basically unusable, tiny room with 2 treadmills, some free weights on a rack but no floor space to actually do anything.

lovely resort, great facilities for everyone, would be a little better for more nightlife with a bar or disco but that’s

was very clean and staff especially in the spa were awesome and friendly

some of the young boy staff I found a little bit inappropriate towards my girlfriend, making comments in Turkish which they clearly knew we didn’t understand and kept walking past making comments and staring while she sunbathed.

Ruined my holiday.

Nothing to like about this property. it was advertised as a 5 star resort but it’s not even a 2 star standard. No customer service, dirty rooms with cockroaches and mouses. totally waste of money.

Overall happy with place and would come back . Big clean resort with friendly staff and good facil

Clean resort and prompt response if we needed anything . For example on day 2 we had what seems like a drainage plumbing issue and they immediately send through a umber who sorted it out in 15 minutes . Rooms are in a very good condition , pure white which is maintained well .

Food can be improved . Please have a section on Turkish food which I find very delicious . Unfortunately they had few turkish dishes in between which was not as good as we had in Bodrum or Istanbul ( we went to several places including having street food) . I understand you have to make food for masses but I definitely think you can make it more delicious .

Not happy at all.

The beach

My aircon did not work so I had to open the door, but I couldn't because the worry of mosquitoes ad I have a child with me. Went to reception and asked about it and they advised me to buy a anti mosquito cream instead of offering me to fix the aircond or change the room. It was really annoying l. Than they offer another room it had same issue. The light in the room didn't work asked them to fix it, and than stayed there 5 nights, no one came to fix the light. The taps in the toilet was not in good conditions, the floor had broken tiles/laminates. Overall it was not a good experience

the buffet food was delicious and new dishes every day pool activities were funny and creative, the staff were nice and friendly and they speak English. pool view was fantastic Hotel guests were quiet

the location, hotel is not near from any popular place in bodrum. the area around the hotel was not nice many constructions was happening towels needs to be changed they are dirty
