The end of the season was a holiday but the staff was brilliant. Special thanks to Osman from reception to organise rooms and smooth transfers. Fantastic team in the dining room. Wahad and Kadir are exceptional. Always served well and table given to all our 8 people gang in no time. Massage and hamam experience are fantastic too. I had a full package including foam massage and whole body massage for 50 euro. Zulficar and Emre are really professional and caring for all clients. Special thanks to water sports guys who organised a whole day cruise for us for 25 euro pp and provided us with paddle boards and float boats. What makes this hotel special is people. All working very hard to give the best experience. Location and proximity to the beach is a huge advantage. Also local bazaars are cheaper than Bodrum. Bags, jerseys and lots more for 5 euro is a huge difference with the main Bodrum bazaars. Obviously a lot of cats are around but hotel staff manage them well so they are not coming to the dining room and it's great. Turtles and gardens are an additional bonus. 3 swimming pools and game room made the difference when there was whole day rain for teenage boys. Even if the weather is unexpectedly bad there are so many things to do.
Everything was fantastic. I was quite confused seeing so many negative comments prior booking but this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Th staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel's location is very central. The pool is great, and restaurrant not too bad
The shower in my room was changing from hot to cold water constantly. Also, if you want to rest, maybe avoid. As the hotel is very central, you can clearly hear the music from surrounding bars until at least 2am easy. Also, the pool by the cosy bar was advertised as adult only, but plenty of kids were there.
