Private entrance through attached garage keeps you out of the Oklahoma Weather. Enjoy a wide selection of coffee and settle in to relax to a movie, or gear up on the free Wi-fi to get all your work done. Either way this property's amenities are sure to accommodate your needs! Washer and Dryer available with detergent provided. Feel free to utilize the kitchen with cookware and cutlery provided. Various Board games, Netflix and other basic streaming services provided as well. Need fresh air? Take advantage of the backyard by grilling out or take a walk around the quiet neighborhood! I will be available by phone or email anytime and generally respond to the property within the hour. Various ride services available, minutes from highway 169 and highway 51, twenty minutes from I-44.

When we arrived at the property we had not received the code. We had to contact them. They said there was a system issue. I was on the phone with the property manager while unlocking the door and let him know the house smelled of smoke. After several texts and me telling him we had allergies they brought some fabreeze and glade plug ins. The pull out sleeper sofa had a sign saying temporarly out of service. We could never find the TV remote ( not big tv watchers so not a huge deal). I did not connact the manager about the bed or remote since he sent me so many texts and was slightly rude when i complained about the smoke smell.

My sister and I stayed at Jeri's place for one night as we were passing through the Tulsa area. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice back yard for my dog. Jeri was the epitome of the perfect host, always keeping in touch with me in a timely manner. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to anything and everything you would need (especially Merritt's Bakery!). We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Host!
My sister and I stayed at Jeri's place for one night as we were passing through the Tulsa area. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice back yard for my dog. Jeri was the epitome of the perfect host, always keeping in touch with me in a timely manner. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to anything and everything you would need (especially Merritt's Bakery!). We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home because it fit our needs. Mom needed to sleep in a recliner (and hotels don't have recliners) My sister and I slept in the beds. Truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful with letting us in early so mom could have her nap. The only thing I can suggest is updating the beds. Both beds really squeak.

We needed a place with a garage for the night being we had a packed car while moving. The house is in a good location and clean. It is old and a bit rundown. Lights and bathroom exhaust fans didn't work, etc. The worst part were the beds. An air mattress would have been more comfortable. Paper thin, old mattresses and the beds creaked with every move. Also, not the owners fault but the cleaning crew used the worst smelling cleaners and air fresheners throughout the house. I am allergic and had bad asthma issues due to the strong odors. If those things don't bother you, the place worked for an overnight stay

Perfect home for us
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and stayed for almost a week. It was in the right location, perfect size for my family and Griff was always available whenever we needed something. I will definitely be considering this place when we come back to visit BA, Oklahoma.

The location and space of the home suited us well. We appreciated being able to pull our car into the garage and store our bikes in the garage. The mattresses in both rooms were uncomfortable. The flat pillows and polyester sheets were also uncomfortable. The bed up against the wall made it very difficult to make the bed and didn’t have a nightstand and lamp on both sides. The backyard badly needed mowed and there was no option for sitting outside. Both doors were challenging to get out. In the master bedroom, the vertical blinds wouldn’t open and in the 2nd bedroom the door wouldn’t slide easily. Also, the grill wouldn’t light. There were several holes in the walls where fixtures had been but the walls hadn’t been repaired. Also, several permanent stains and scrapes on the counters and cabinets. There were very few dishes so it was necessary to do dishes frequently. However, the kitchen wasn’t set up to be able to wash and dry dishes easily. A large bug crawling across the bedroom floor on our final night rounded out our stay in this home. The home did not lend itself to a feeling of being on vacation.
