Great location awesome venue - just lacked sun beds for the pool
The ac was broken in the foyer for my whole 6 day stay which meant I had to work in my room and the pool had no sun beds!! So I couldnt sunbathe

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast
Air conditioning in the lobby/dining/bar area was out for our entire stay, during a major heat wave. I don't blame the hotel for it, but it was miserable just the same. The breakfast was pretty good, but it's hard to enjoy it when it's 90° in the dining room. We never even visited the bar, because by late afternoon the area was unbearably hot.

Breakfast was good. Staff congenial. Clean facilities
Elevator was uneven with floor. Difficult to maneuver cart. Lobby had air conditioning problems. There was no hot water in the room. Had tinted my hair and went to take shower and only cold water we were not advised there were boiler problems

The room was good.
1. One of the staff members was rude.
2. The charge for a pet was outrageous.
3. It was hard to get into pool area.
4. There was a huge group there using the facilities but not staying there. The pool was too full of people to swim because of the group there.
5. The lobby was filled with people not staying there. It was loud and AC in lobby was not working.
