Nestled in Berry Hill, this lovely house for $380 per night is a great option for your next trip. Large home with open floor plan and private bedroom spaces. Great place for large groups, a few friends, and couples. Entertain everyone in the open living/kitchen/dining area or in the bonus room and walk out to the rooftop and enjoy the fireplace. Plenty of Space for everyone to enjoy. Four homes available for groups up to 32! STRP#2020-05-26-003 This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom, with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours. Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first. Located on a quiet dead end street in a desirable area close to groceries and eateries. Minutes to 12 South, Gulch, Downtown and the heart of Broadway. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved • Check-out is 10AM CST • No parties or events • No smoking • No Decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid • No Parking in the driveway, you will be towed

This was a great place to stay while my family shopped during the holiday season! Listing is just like it states. Overall great location, clean, and the beds were super comfy! Will definitely stay again!

The rooftop fireplace did not work. We were really bummed out as that's one of the biggest reasons we booked the place. Management barely responded the next day and did nothing about it for our whole stay. There was also a hole in the wall in the kitchen. Contacted management but they said nothing about it. Great place and a short Uber to downtown, but would make sure everything is actually working before booking.

We stayed for 3 nights and this house was AMAZING. The beds are all super comfortable. The pillows are perfect. We all slept great. We had a party of 8 and had plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the outside deck and the HUGE shower in the “master”. It’s a short Uber ride to the airport and Downtown. 10 mins each. We had no issues with our stay and definitely recommend.

Property was exactly as described. Bedrooms were huge and we loved the high ceilings throughout the entire place. Would definitely recommend for families or groups, except with very young children because of all the stairs.

This property was perfect for girls weekend and birthday celebration. So close to downtown, easy Uber rides and the house layout was perfect for everyone. The rooftop fireplace and sitting area was a great place for us to relax after a long day Of visiting all the great places on Broadway.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! As a family of six, with four very busy children ranging in age from 2-13, we found that the property checked all our needs and then some! The highlights were the fully equipped kitchen, second floor laundry, spacious bedrooms, 2-car garage access and entry, prime location to nearly everything, and pristine conditions upon arrival. Truly, I could go on and on. There are a lot of stairs (we didn't mind) and because it is so open, it was definitely a bit echo-y with our four kids running around, but it wasn't bothersome. The host was attentive and kind. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would for sure stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Overall was an awesome experience only downer was bedroom door wouldn't shut, light in one bathroom was out, an air conditioner unit was in the front yard, and parking was certainly limited and small. We had a good time and hope to come back.

The property is beautiful and upscale. Rooms are spacious, there are lots of stairs but that just helps to keep you in shape. All amenities are as advertised. You can tell that the house was newly done. It had that new house smell. My only complaint was that all 4 bedrooms didn't have tvs in them. But that was ok too bc we barely watched TV. The shower on the 2nd floor was everything I didn't know I needed. This is the kind of house I would want to purchase. The hostess was really nice whenever I spoke to her on the phone. I would definitely consider staying there again.
