Located in Berry Hill, this charming house for $384 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Experience the charm of Nashville in this unique design of a modern LA Loft . With an open floor plan and a spacious rooftop deck, it's the perfect home base for your stay in Nashville. Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill". Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. STRP#2020-11-30-052 This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with kingbed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours. Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first. Located in desirable Melrose/8South/Berry Hill and minutes from 12 South, Gulch, Downtown. Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to many Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved • Check-out is 10AM CST • No parties or events • No smoking • No Decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid • No Parking in the driveway, you will be towed

Beautiful property in a great location. The upstairs patio was awesome! I would love to stay here again.

We wanted to be close to Geodis field for a soccer match, and this property is walkable. It was perfect for 4 couples. Embrace the stairs and the occasional train noise, and you will love it. The top floor living space and patio was a fun alternative to the living room downstairs. The property is well appointed with what you will need, and the property manager responded and acted immediately if we needed anything. I would defiantly go back.

Very easy to find. Laura was very prompt with all questions. House is beautiful although the cleanliness could have been better. Cobwebs, dust everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there.

Pros: The property itself was very modern and beautiful. Nearby Walmart, Gas station, and food places, and not far from downtown or other attractions. Plenty of room in the three floors.
Cons: Cleanliness - floors definitely need a good mop, and really check for random items (we found a toothbrush between mattress and headboard, coasters on top of window sills, sex toy on top of closet shelf, open juice in fridge, and food still caked on baking pans). Some cutains on the bedroom windows would be nice to block out early morning light. You will hear trains at all time of day night, not a huge deal breaker, but it did wake us up a few times. Also, some men came to pick up a broken couch left in the garage, but we were never notified this was going to happen. A little awkward as my mother-in-law was there by herself and wasnt aware it was going to happen.

Everything was top notch inside. The parking is not great. 2 small suv could not fit inside the garage but there was an overflow spot towards the back. It was conveniently located to food and stores and not a bad drive to broadway either!

We enjoyed this property for a 4 night stay in Nashville. Property management is fantastic! Very prompt communication, made sure our needs were met. Very nice property, good location to downtown. Just be mindful that it’s close to a railroad (you’ll be reminded…) and construction was on-going beside of the property. Will definitely consider this one again.

This is my second time coming to Nashville and I was pleased with my stay here. Everything was very clean and spacious. Also very close to downtown with plenty of other food and shopping options besides broadway. The property manager, Laura, was very responsive to our concerns and friendly. The only cons would be there is currently construction going on next door, it’s next to train tracks, and lastly the listing was advertised as 4 baths when it’s actually 3 and a half bath on the first floor. Overall, everything was lovely and would recommend staying here.

The property is just like the pictures and very large. Great location for seeing Nashville. It's only a 10 minute drive to the center of the city without going on the highway. There's also a Kroger just down the street so you can pick up groceries.

My family LOVED it. When we arrived the checkin process was very easy and accurate. I appreciate the prompt communication with Laura.
The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable with plenty of space for the seven of us. I would definitely recommend this unit to family, friends, and Vrbo members that are looking for a great place to stay while visiting Nashville Tn. I will for sure be rebook this location.

We arrived at 10:30pm with our house not properly being finished with the cleaning. Cleaning supplies, dirty towels and rugs along with shampoo bottles were left scattered. 2 very loud smoke detectors were continually beeping at us saying low battery. (They also had no batteries in them and hanging from the ceiling) I called VRBO along with Laura the host multiple times to have someone come over to help us get them fixed. We had no vehicle and didn’t want to venture out at 11 to fix these things that should have been done before we arrived. When Laura did get back to us she said she was aware of the defectors going off by the cleaner at 8:30pm but according to her everyone is done working by 5pm and nobody could come over to help us. She told me ( who I’m 5’1) to climb on a ladder and unplug the smoke detectors from the 12ft ceilings. The whole situation was very unprofessional. I spent 2 hrs on hold with VRBO who also DID NOTHING to help us. I’m very upset with the whole stay because there was no communication between the host and her maintenance/cleaners.The cleaners showed up the next day asking to come get their cleaning supplies. Said they had to leave because of the loudness of the detectors and thought we didn’t check in for a couple more days. Once the maintenance finally showed up the next day at 5pm he couldn’t fix the problem. Couches were also broken upstairs so we couldn’t use them. I would not recommend this place at all. No communication with the host even those they make is seem they have 24 hr service if you need any help.

We arrived to this house around 11pm after a long day of travel. The house was filthy. Beds were stripped, sheets were in the laundry room in dirty piles, floors were a mess, many dirty dishes, the toilets had not been cleaned, hair and toothpaste in the sinks. I reached out to the host that night. The next morning I did not have a response. I reached out again and advised that I wanted the beds made before the rest of my guests arrived. Again, no response. I reached out to her a total of four times during our stay and never heard a word. We spent the first 1.5 days of a 4 day trip cleaning, making beds, scrubbing other peoples you know what out of the toilets. I have gotten VRBO involved. Other terrible things about this home-sleeps 8 yet has a 5 cup coffee maker and only 5 coffee mugs. We literally had to purchase another coffee maker. There is also a broken chair in the living room which someone from our group fell out of and hit their head hard on the wall. This was the absolute worst experience in a rented vacation home.

Good location - Okay Stay
Overall we had a great stay, however there were some issues. It was close enough to Uber to downtown, bit not walkable area at all. The house was large but hard to keep warm or cold. The water filter needed to be replaced and multiple people got sick from drinking the water. We let them know the say we got there that this was an issue and they never replied. Also the wifi password we got was not working and reached out about that as well with no response. We were asked to sweep before we left but had no dust pan to sweep with, had the light turn on in a locked room 1 day after arriving. We had food delivered to the house and multiple times it said they were delivered and not there when we opened the door unless we did it immediately. The house was great but the hosts were not the greatest.

Everything was as described, very clean. The owners were able to address the needs that I had through text message which I liked. I used the 2 car garage although I felt like I had a hard time pulling into it. We had an SUV and a mini van. Pulling in made me feel like I was going to hit the SUV. It was hard to get turned into the garage without struggling. The only complaint the teenagers had was the train that came through multiple times a night. Personally I never heard it.

Great Place!

It was a beautiful space, lots of natural light, large kitchen, plenty of space for the two families plus kids who stayed there also really liked the separate thermostats for each floor. The proximity to 12 South was key for us, it’s literally a 5 min drive. There are a lot of stairs (3 stories) so just be aware of that if you can’t do stairs. The rooftop balcony was really nice, you can see the sunset and the city which is cool! It worked great for families with kids, but would also be a great spot for people without kids. The only downside I would say is it’s right next to the train tracks and depending on the day/night it may be running every hour to every couple of hours and it’s pretty loud. I would highly recommend bringing a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. Overall we really loved our stay!
