Located in Berry Hill, this lovely house for $499 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest areas known as "Music Hill". No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for. STRP#202205130353 This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours. Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first. This home is located on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12 South, Gulch, and Downtown in hot "Music Hill". Melrose is an area in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early checkin is reserved • Check-out is 10AM CST • No parties or events. Residential Neighborhood with Limited Parking. • No pets • No smoking

Very nice house perfect for our family’s Christmas stay. Looks exactly like the pictures and is well located. Only disappointment is no flexibility with checkin/checkout times; even just an hour. 10am is a very early checkout compared to anywhere else we’ve stayed, but the house is well worth staying in even in spite of this. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in the area.

It was perfect for our party of 6 adults. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location, nice quiet neighborhood except for the train, which we didn't mind.

Plenty of space for 4 guys traveling to Nashville for a golf trip. All bedrooms had king size beds. Centrally located and a short drive to just about anywhere in the Nashville area.

We enjoyed the property very much, we thought it was a little closer to broadway but short Uber ride. Overall it was excellent.

The reaction of our group when we opened the door was so fun! Everyone exclaimed, it's exactly like the pictures. There were 6 of us and we had a rental car. It was the perfect space, beds were comfy and everyone had their own bathrooms plus space to themselves (if wanted or needed). We all agreed we loved the location. We rented a car and had no problem driving downtown and finding parking. We made sure we were in the garage, as you are not allowed to park in the driveway. Which was not a big deal at all. The location is so close to pick up groceries and anything else you need. I'm sure you could walk, but as mentioned since we had the car we drove ... it was only a few minutes to the grocery store, and about 10 minutes into downtown. There was a great parkade right across from Printers Alley. Aside from this the patio was a nice feature. We didn't spend lots of time on it, as we weren't sure about noise, however a nice place to have our morning coffee. Would stay again and recommend to friends!

My daughter along with myself and 5 close friends/family spent the weekend at your stunning home. Everything was perfect. We had her personal shower there and pictures were superb. Games on the rooftop patio rounded out a perfect evening. Thanks to all of those steps our butts will look great for the wedding next month. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean. Crisp. Well decorated. Comfortable. 3 couples stayed. Nice for everyone to have their own bed / bath. We did walk to Hattie B’s, but the area is not well designed for people who like to walk. Using Lyft or Uber was easy $20 to Broadway for 6 people. I would stay here again,

We highly recommend this beautiful and spacious home for your visit to Nashville. It is close enough to downtown Nashville, only$10.00 Uber ride, is very clean and loaded with all the amenities you would need from home.

Everyone in our group commented on how spacious and beautiful the house was! Easy 15 min Uber to Broadway. Host was incredible and went above and beyond for us. Would love another excuse to go back to Nash to stay here again!

Working with Laura was wonderful, she was fast to reply to any questions. The house was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would recommend this to anyone in the future. If your looking for a great spot for a Nashville trip this place is it.

We came to Nashville to celebrate a 40th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and we liked everything about it. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was clean, beautiful and spacious! It’s exactly as the pictures look and everything we needed was included. We were about 10-15 minutes from everywhere we planned to see in Nashville. It really was perfect for our group!
A few things to keep in mind:
• There are three levels (all bedrooms on level 2 and 3) so there are a lot of stairs.
• It’s located near the train tracks so we could occasionally hear the trains late at night.
These things weren’t deal breakers for us but just a little heads up.
We would definitely stay here again, very happy with our stay!

Our stay at Greystone 2704 was very good. The location is a 10 minute Lift ride to most of the action. We had 4 couples in our group so the 4 bedrooms with King size beds worked well. It is a modern three level house with the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors so it you have trouble with stairs this might be an issue. The living spaces were comfortable for 8 adults. We enjoyed the 3rd floor wet bar area as well as the roof top deck with the gas fire place. The garage is good size and will fit most vehicles. I would highly recommend this place.
