There are 2 master bedrooms each with their own queen sized bed and smart TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor each with a queen sized bed and smart tv. And the 2 second floor bedrooms each have two queen sized beds. So there are a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 queen sized memory foam beds, two couches, and two queen sized air mattresses to sleep in. We were in town with family of twelve ranging in age from 19-88 - we had both sides and it worked well. Nice to have 1 bedroom down for the seniors and 2 up. Keith's communication and accommodation for getting in early were great.

Very clean and well appointed townhomes. Spacious, roomy, and comfortable for families. The location is excellent; the neighborhood is in transition mixed with lots of new construction and properties being upgraded. Property manager was great.

Pictures do not give this property justice! The space is HUGE and so clean! But not too spacious where it feels empty - it is perfectly furnished and decorated. The beds are so comfy and so are the couches. Location is great - 5-10 min ubers to where ever! We booked this place for my bachelorette and had a total of 11 people - 9 girls and 2 guys. Everyone was extremely satisfied and in awe of how amazing this place is!

When I was looking for an alternative to 5 hotel rooms, that wouldn't cost me our whole budget, this property almost seemed to good to be true. I must say it exceeded all of our expectations. The townhome was beautifully designed, with a modern interior that instantly made us feel at home. The spacious living areas and bedrooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom was well-appointed with comfortable beds and linens, with extra mattresses and blankets in the closets if needed. The open-concept layout allowed for easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and the cozy living room, making it perfect for our group of coworkers to cook and watch movies after the conference we were attending. There were board games on both sides of the townhomes we could choose from, making our stay even more memorable laughing at our Scattergories answers. In addition, the private yard space and balconies off the main suites ensured we could all have our own private work or relax space as well. The convenience of having six bathrooms was also a game-changer. The location of the townhome was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. We were able to explore the area without any hassle, making the most of our vacation. In summary, our stay at this 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom townhome was nothing short of exceptional. It was everything we expected and more. I highly recommend this property and its lovely hosts!

Our stay was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep in and all the rooms had their own bathroom which was great. It was so clean and spacious and the owners were great and very communicative. It was easy to get in and out and the location was spot on.

We had a convention nearby and the townhome provided a convenient location for us to stay. Having the flexibility to have common areas to meet with all of our students as well as being able to cook and serve meals helped our budget as well. Keith was quick to respond whenever I had a question about the area or the townhome itself.

We stayed here while visiting Dallas for a family reunion. One of our family members can not do stairs so the downstairs bedroom and full bath were great. The two duplexes were very clean and secure.

This property was great! All the rooms were comfortable. We loved having the group spaces and that we could enjoy the patio and talk between the 2 spaces. Everything was perfect and hopefully will be able to stay again when we come for graduation in December.

Property was spacious, comfortable and very clean for our group of 10 adults. Location is close by Kroger, pharmacies and other convenience stores and restaurants. Neighborhood has a ton of construction which begins early and lasts all day, but didn’t really bother us. Overall, well worth the stay for our group.

The property was advertised. Even more spacious than expected. Having 2 conjoined properties allows for occupants to step away from others in the party if needed. Never realized the ease of getting ready to hit the city when there are 3 showers available in each unit. Check-in was a breeze. Entry includes a gate and then front door. Access to both garage spaces for those driving in. There is construction going on around the property, so be aware. But that is almost complete on either side of the property. Even with construction, it wasn’t too loud or disruptive. Keith was very responsive leading up to our stay and made sure everything was fine upon our occupying the space. Would recommend to anyone traveling with a large group.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. We stayed in one side and the bridesmaids stayed in the other. It was so spacious and modern. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. On wedding day there was plenty of room for the hair and makeup people. And of course the photographer. Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dallas.
