The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. And it was very clean.
I couldn't find a doorbell to advise them I was outside the property. My mobile wasn't working at the time to contact them.

Excellent value for the excellent location - with easy access to bars, restaurants, metro, small supermarkets, souvenir market. Everything needed for a simple stay was available - bed was comfortable, the shower produced warm water (if left on for some time) however with rather weak pressure. The room was on a lower floor, so curtains had to stay closed unless you don't mind sharing your life with the whole street. The street was not too noisy. Bottle of water was provided, there was water to refill and possibility to make tea. Soap and shampoo.
Not an issue for me, but nobody seemed to be around, I only saw the person who handed me the key on the first day.
