I was more than happy staying at this property. The house is just as described and pictured. Perfect for a girls trip or family with kids. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean. The home owner was very quick to respond with any questions and even checked in to make sure everything was okay. It is less than a 5 minute drive into the center of Bethany. I loved the outdoor shower. We watched deer from the back deck right across the street. I will definitely stay here again and have even shared the information with my family and friends.

This was a great place to stay for the week- affordable after Labor Day and since it’s not walking distance to the beach, but still close enough that the drive seemed like nothing. The resident parking pass was probably the best amenity, along with the outdoor shower for washing off sand.
The kitchen utensils (including pots and pans) weren’t the cleanest, but that’s what happens whenever these items are essentially shared and used by dozens of people. Having linens would have been more convenient, but I can understand why that’s not easy to refresh and maintain after each guests’ stay. All in all would definitely rebook here in the future!

Our family had a terrific vacation here!! Condo was very clean and had everything you might need during your stay! It’s in a great location in Bethany and within walking distance to so much! The checkin process and communication with the owner was very easy and they where very responsive to our needs! We will be back highly recommend!

A lovely place to spend an anniversary week. The house was comfortable, well furnished, pleasingly decorated. The bed was comfortable - a big plus! We would gladly stay there again. It was only a mile to the beach, and included a parking pass. Really everything we could want in a beach rental. We had a special time there.

Courtland‘s home was the perfect size for my two daughters and me. It was in close proximity to my family and Bethany West. We found the kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans and all the tools we needed to cook the family meals. The place was spotless, and we appreciated it being equipped with cleaning and paper products. Courtland was very easy to communicate with, and I would 100% recommend her home.

While we planned to bring our two grandchildren with us, they were not available due to their sport seasons. However, this property would have easily accommodated our needs. We appreciated the cleanliness and enjoyed our stay.

Our second year at this property and we plan to return again. The owner offers great communication and customer service. A comfortable house, with especially comfortable beds. It is so quiet once inside and lots of privacy even though it is a town house. The private, outdoor shower helps so much with post-beach sand management. The residential parking pass is very convenient-we always manage to park a block away from the beach, but you can walk to so much including nice restaurants, an Italian specialty grocery/deli/bakery, and a playground. The house has a great selection of games, toys, and books for a variety of ages. We loved the addition of a pickle ball set this year and made use of the tennis court. Close to groceries and gas. Because the development is next to a wetlands park, it can be buggy outside, but that’s about the only detraction. We feel we’ve found our home-away-from-home.

Overall a good experience. Nice property. Can drive, walk or trolley to the beach. Several dining options within close walking distance. Really the only major negative was that both my wife and I feltthe king bed was terribly uncomfortable (both hot and hard to find a comfy sleeping position), to the point thsty wife slept on the couch instead for most of our stay.

Adorable beach house, right across from the community pool and tennis courts. The beach parking pass was much appreciated, we were able to get close parking all week! The kitchen had everything you need and more and the bedrooms were large with comfy beds closet space. Our toddler didn’t want to leave and fell in love with the stuffed animals and toy closet! It was the perfect size for 3 adults and 1 child, would def. Book here again :)

We had a great stay at this location! The bed were comfortable! The kitchen was great and having a washer and dryer there was great too. Short walk to Grottos, Bethany diner etc. We had a nice time here and would definitely rent again. The pool was nice but we didn’t use it much. The residential pass was amazing to have and saved a lot for parking up at the beach!

Courtland's house was ideal for my family's beach vacation. Super easy to get to the beach and the town. Parking pass was great--we found parking within a block of the beach each day. House itself was great for two young kids and being able to balance time at the ocean with access to the pool was really fun.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sandy Bottom. The condo itself was perfectly clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (drip coffee pot, lots of pots/pans including large ones, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, sharp knives and plenty of dishes including plastic cups good for the kids). The Super Nintendo and laundry were also well used. The pool is close to the condo, making it easy to walk over with little kids.
The location: Close to everything! Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and the resident parking pass made it easy to park. Walking distance to Grottos pizza, Bethany Diner, and Rita’s frozen custard (to name a few of our favorites). Also walking distance to Bethany nature center that has a small playground.
The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. We would recommend this place to anyone and will be back!!

Plenty of space for a family of four, and we had a great experience with the owners. The residential parking pass made parking near the beach a breeze, and it was nice to be near so many great restaurants and ice cream shops.

Family Beach Vacation
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Bethany Beach! My husband and I travelled with our 1 and 3 year old and the house was more than accommodating and very spacious for our small family. The place was very clean when we arrived and well stocked. My 3 year old especially appreciated the "toy closet" full of games, puzzles, and toys while my 1 year old would nap daily. My husband and I enjoyed the deck nightly as we had great weather - a perfect place to relax!
We did have issue with the pool (which really isn't in the renters control so isn't a negative on their part). However, part of our reason for renting this property was the proximity. It is located directly across from the house but no matter what time of day we went it was always freezing! We had 80+ degree days but it was almost unusable. It was expressed by multiple people we spoke to as well. The property is not walkable to the beach but a parking pass is provided (something to be aware of if you have a young family). Also, we were patiently waiting for the check-in code and eventually had to ask and the wi-fi password was never provided.

Nice and suitable property for beach vacation
This property worked well for us in terms of space and location. There are some out a date features in the property but everything functioned well.

The traps worked but we had the take the trash out each night to avoid seeing a new bunch in the morning. As adults, we could deal but with younger children it removes a star from cleanliness for me. FWIW, we would rent again. Covid wise we felt safe and were able to social distance.

Wonderful relaxing stay at this property
Very clean and comfortable. This townhouse condo is in a very good , quiet location, just a short drive to the beach (my daughter walked a couple times but it's a pretty long walk), or bike ride. Parking pass is helpful to have. Owner was communicative and the listing description and pictures are accurate. Within walking distance of nice restaurants like DiFebo's, Off the Hook and a pizza place. Also close to Rita's for ice cream and mini-golf. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Check in was easy. Outdoor shower is great to have. All in all, a great stay and we would rent here again.

Great location!
Had a blast the weekend before Memorial Day weekend visiting Bethany Beach for the first time. My friend and I stayed here and enjoyed the mile long walk to the beach, and found the area closer to the house had some great markets and restaurants, too. When we arrived there were a few hiccups about the house, but Courtland responded quickly and even gave me a call to walk through things and make sure we were good. We enjoyed the Roku tv for the breaks between beach trips, and found the back deck to be a cozy place to chat at night with the cafe lights plugged in. Stay here for the location and convenience; we will definitely be back to Bethany after this awesome long weekend!

The home was cozy, so tastefully decorated and well equipped. Great proximity to Rehoboth outlets, beach and eats!

The rental space was accurately described. Pretty spacious and nice access within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, miniature golf and ice cream, and a small nature trail. Family was very comfortable. The only minor room for improvement, which may not matter to other renters, is that the tennis court was not maintained and a bit run down. Parts of the court was slippery and full of debris. The rental itself was great and I recommend it.
