About this house rental
Situated in North Topsail Beach, this attractive house for $1,000 per night is a great option for your next trip. Elegant oceanside house on a gorgeous ocean front property in upscale North Topsail, just a short driving distance from Surf City and Sneads Ferry. This is one of the most exclusive and serene locations on the island. It is part of a private luxury community that is not open to public access. This particular unit is an end unit, and a taller high rise which gives you immaculate, views (Definitely the next best thing to being oceanfront). It is part of a small, intimate community that will make it easy for children, teens, and adults to meet other families vacationing in the area, and make friendships that can last a lifetime. This part of the beach is secluded and quiet, giving you and your family excellent beach access. The beach itself is very clean, and offers plenty of space for you and your family to spread out and relax by the sea. There are breathtaking beach views from both the front and back decks, allowing you pristine views of both the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. (See photos) You can actually see the waves from the living area, and from the kitchen while eating or cooking, or even while enjoying an evening in the hottub on the top balcony. You can even see the sun rise over the ocean while lying in your comfortable oceanfront bedroom, or relaxing on any of the 6 private balconies. 3 of the 6 are privately attached to individual bedrooms. Not only is it furnished for supreme comfort, it is spacious and is decorated to make you feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you walk in. We made this our home away from home and it is decorated that way. The high top resin deck chairs make sitting on the deck like sitting on a thrown. The view is breathtaking. A centralized elevator makes it easy for guests to unload luggage and groceries, or move from one floor to the next. The property has an enormous, oceanfront, community pool reserved for community members only, and sits on a private and secluded section of North Topsail Beach. The home has its own private parking and beach access (no streets to cross of course because you are on an ocean front lot already). Ample parking space will allow you and your guests to park comfortably, easily accommodating 6 or more cars, with a 2 car covered garage. You just couldn't find a better location. This home is newly built in 2020, originally as the private residence of the builder, and purchased in June to serve as a rental property. It features top of the line appliances, furniture, and stunning upgraded accents. It is tastefully decorated and features quality fixtures and flooring. There is a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture throughout the home. You will be amazed at the quality of the granite and tilework. (Many upgrades that are definitely not typical in a rental home!) The home has WiFi (wireless internet), 7 TVs, including one personal television per bedroom, and a Blue Ray DVD in the main living area. A home office with two computer desks and superior comfort computer chairs is provided for the convenience of remote workers and digital learners. Sleeping accommodations include 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 1 pyramid bunk bed. Topsail is a great place for families and fun. Enjoy quiet relaxation of the ocean breeze, watching the surf from the comfy high top resin deck chairs or a moonlight walk on the beach. You can visit the local golf clubs for a quick round of golf, or the nearby marina for watersport rentals, or charter a deep sea fishing expedition. The home has a private access to the beach directly in front of your door. This access is for villas drive rentals only. Enjoy watching the children play on the beach right from your deck or fish off the beaches right in front of your home. This property is also walking distance from the North Topsail Fishing Pier where you can fish for Spanish Mackerel, Spot, Blues, or many more. This pier is also a great place for an evening stroll with an incredible view. Due to an upcoming change in the HOA rules, this house is now no longer pet friendly to guests. Enjoy walking for literally miles on clean white beaches looking for prehistoric sharks teeth (Topsail is one of the few areas on the east coast where they are easily found) or gather shells or 'sea beans' (small polished pebbles) for your collection. Visit the famous Sea Turtle Hospital here on the Island (one of the only hospitals of its kind on the East Coast) or stop at one of our local shops and pick up some fresh homemade fudge, pies or seafood. This is a great location. Plenty of space. Great beds! We all slept great. Nice location to the beach. We enjoyed our time very much. Host was accessible and we enjoyed great communication. We would stay here again. A grocery store was 10 minutes away and Surf City is close by.

We had a great time in N Topsail! The house was perfect for our two families with very easy beach access and the community pool. Having a master bedroom plus 2 other bedrooms and a bath on each floor worked so well for our families to each have our own floor/space and then the beautiful top floor to be together. The beach was lovely and not at all crowded. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

Our 7th year renting in Topsail; 4th time in this community and 1st at this residence. Always a great time - beautiful beach and clean pool. Views are spectacular. Plenty of space for an entire extended family and enough room to properly prepare a dinner for the household so you're not stuck dining out every night. Everything functioned as intended and described - certainly interested in returning in the future.

We loved our stay, plenty of room to spread out and such easy beach access. The knives in the kitchen are actually sharp and nice quality, something I’ve never expected in a vacation rental, so that really stood out for me.
The clean and large community pool is also a nice thing to have if you need a change of scenery from the beach.

Great location! Very close to beach and pool. Lots of parking and space. Clean. Great decks and views. Elevator was a plus. Easy check in and check out and communication with the manager. Be sure to bring extra blankets if you want to lay on the sofa and read a book…linens are sufficient but if you prefer extras, be sure to pack a few.

We had a great family vacation at topsail beach. Tom’s property was perfect. It was very spacious and we loved the lay out. We all loved the hot tub with the ocean view. This property is perfect for families with kids. The pool and beach are right across the street and the pier is a short walk down the beach. The north side of the island was less crowded which was also nice. Tom was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We plan to return soon!

Our stay was wonderful, the home was just as pictured. Check in process was easy and the manager was super nice and helpful. We had 9 adults and 1 child during our stay and had more than enough room. We enjoyed the pool and beach, which was a very short walk from the house. My husband and sons went fishing on the pier that was near by and caught a bunch of fish. We had a wonderful stay and definitely would recommend to everyone.

North Topsail location was fabulous with great ocean views and sounds from several master bedrooms and main living area. Pool was great too as it just opened up in April. Tom was a very responsive host and place was as described and depicted in the photos. Elevator was very handy for elderly parents and hauling things. Views were much matter than what photos show as well!

After three long years in Guam our son received new orders for Camp Lejeune. Our family was able to watch him graduate from FMTB school! We have not all been able to get together since 2019. It was so nice to have all of our children under one roof. This was a perfect place for all of us to be together. Very relaxing.

The house was beautiful and very large - perfect for a large family. The views of the ocean were spectacular! The pool was across the little driveway area. The hot tub was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. It was so nice having an elevator to cart our belongings up to each floor. There were beautiful views on each side of the house. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Perfectly located to easily walk back and forth from beach/pool as needed. Great for young kids. Great for early morning and late night walks on the beach. Very clean house, equipped with all the cooking supplies we could think of.

This was the first time we had gone on a vacation in a few years so we were nervous going away with the whole family grandkids and all but it turned out great! We loved that when we had a question Tom picked up the phone and called rather than emailing, he made everything so easy. The house had everything we needed but maybe a few too many steps for my bad back and my husband’s bad knees (not fun getting old!) so the elevator was much appreciated. The beach was perfect and easy to get to with our group of eleven, including five children.

Very Nice Home
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Our family of 10 (aged 13-71) had a great vacation, and appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of this property. The communication with the owner was great! We were hoping the pool would have been more accessible/suitable for adults and teenagers, but it was occupied by babies and super young children (and their parents) the majority of the day and night. Would definitely recommend this property, especially to families with young children.

Family Vacation
My entire family enjoyed are stay! The house was beautiful, the layout was perfect! We loved having space for everyone to spread out with the bedrooms on different levels. The main living area was open and perfect with views of both the ocean and sound! Tom was very accommodating and wonderful to work with! We defiantly hope to be able to visit again next year and stay at the same property!

Gorgeous property with lots of room. Just very loud if your trying to sleep and someone is awake. And not that fun in winter. Summer months there would be lots to do. Also bring your own blankets if you get cold. No extras avail. Tom was awesome and the jacuzzi was fabulous

Fantastic Home for a Beach Get Away
Over the Thanksgiving holiday we stayed in this wonderful home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were two master bedrooms with the exact same layout one floor apart. This made it easy to choose rooms for each family and it offered the privacy of each family on their own floor. The top level is kitchen, dining and family room. It was the perfect place to congregate and hang out. The kitchen is well outfitted. My sister made a amazing Thanksgiving meal in it and there is a wonderful island to work on and sit around. The beach is right across the driveway from this home and we enjoyed walking the sand and enjoying the amazing sunsets each day. We also had balcony’s on each floor to enjoy the outdoors.
Tom the owner/manager is responsive and friendly. The home was immaculate and I am picky about cleanliness. The beds were comfy and there are different AC’s for each floor which was great. We recommend this home highly and hope to go back again.
