Right in front of a magnificent beach was what my heart wanted and it got it. Thank you!

The location was directly in front of the beach, which was why I was going there. The balcony faced the beach and it was magnificent. Every morning they had beach chairs and umbrellas ready for visitors.

My apartment was right next to the elevator and I could hear the "bing" sound every time, however, I was on the top floor so I didn't hear it that often.

Layout was good.

Fitted sheet that didn't fit the mattress! Crushed ice dispenser on front of fridge didn't work. Slider to balcony from bedroom did not close completely,huge gap!! Floors were dirty. Only 1 washcloth in master bath. Needs lots of updates, and fixes!!! Ceilings in bathrooms stained.

Only a short trip wouldn’t want to stay here for a week.

Direct on beach

Building is old and dated. Balcony was full of water no way to drain. Had to stand in breezeway 20 minutes after check in time for code to finally work. No one at Vacasa every answers the phone.

Pleasant

Liked the location and the beach. The convenience of shopping and restaurants.

The condo itself was out of date the furniture. We were told we had reserved parking and couldn't find it. They need to work on the electrical in the unit. There were quite a few plugs that didn't work. Is the exhaust fan in the master bathroom didn't work. And we could get the TV to work in the bedroom either. And they could either change the blinds or get black out curtains in the bedroom.

Mother's Day Weekend

The view was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous! Granddaughter loved the pool and bunkbeds! It was comfortable, homey, and clean. We watched dolphins play in the mornings! 🐬

The unit needs support bars in showers, bathrooms, and a handicap ramp to the beach.

1st of all the big room is right by the elevator with the window that we've had a Mini bind destroyed that people could see right in the room all you heard was elevator ringing Had no privacy it was like he was right there with everybody coming up down the elevator.. The toilet ran all night it was supposed to be a 2 bedroom and it wasn't they put bunk beds in the wall in a hallway and it called it a 2 bedroom. I had a smoke detector go off all night one night so another night when they sleep. Then another morning woke up to somebody with a drill drill in the heck out of something loud and disturbing the hurt your ears so bad Then another morning woke up to somebody with a drill drill in the heck out of something loud and disturbing the hurt your ears so bad.. So the bid the capital was not at all you was right there by elevator elevator elevator ringing night.. The furniture in it was very old and rough.. The bathroom toilet was laced had tiles that was laced in the bathroom.. Condo needs a title overhaul because it is not a very nice one to stay in especially by elevator toilet running smack alarms going off people drill and waking up early morning it was no comfort at all.. You know if you're gonna put somebody in the room right by a elevator please sake put a window blind up that works how about a window that keeps the light all night out of your eyes.. I would a much rather have a more for a different room on the view on the ocean that didn't have so many problems the floors was absolutely filthy when I got there no broom don't even brush up saying it was just a very not pleasant

Decieving and Dirty!

The only decent thing about this propert was rhe balcony.

The property was DISGUSTING. Unclean. 1. The property was listed as 6 person, with a pull out couch. The pull out couch was just a box spring. 2. The main bed had blood, fingernail clippings, and hair on it prior to us laying in it. 3. The microwave had HAIR all over it. 4. The room had mold all over it. 5. The flooring in the bathroom wasn’t grouted and the tiles kept popping up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. thankfully, Vacasa was able to move us to a better unit and shut this one down completely.

Fun and relaxing. Our first time to the beach as a family and it was great.

Easy access to the beach, our balcony faced the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

There were minor things with the condo ( I text a list with Gulf Dunes) but nothing that interfered with pur stay.

I'd give it a C-; the complex is nice but the unit needs updating

I love the Gulf Dunes complex. It's gulf front location is great and being right across the street from Stewby's Seafood makes for easy dinner plans.

The furniture looked nothing like the picture... The unit was clean but some of furniture was dingy and worn and had generally seen better days. It needs to be updated. There were a few smaller issues and one bigger problem. The master bathroom toilet wasn't working but maintaince came quickly and fixed it. To me it was one of those rentals that you make excuses for and say to yourself, "...But I'm at the beach... instead of this is awesome!". This is the 3rd time that we've stayed at the Gulf Dunes complex and 1st time that we were not impressed with the unit that we stayed in... Not awful but not great. There are better options in the same complex .

Right on the beach. No noise from neighbors.

Light outside on all night shining through was annoying. Maybe darker blinds in the bedroom to keep that from being an issue. Not a complaint, but the tile in the master bath was loose and sounded like it needed redone.

Pleasant bu a lttle disappointing.

Location was great. No breakfast. Several maintenance items need to be addressed.

Loose floor tile in the half bath. Potty exhaust fan in half bath didn't work. Sliding closet door in half bath off tracks. Shelf in half bath fell off the wall, couldn't get it to stay on. No light in range hood. Some lamps missing bulbs.

Our stay at the beach.

The location of the property is amazing. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and look right at the beach, and to hear the waves at night and see the moon reflect off the water! An awesome view!

The upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. The condo could definitely use a thorough cleaning, with a view like that, it would have been nice to see through clean windows. Also, It took almost 3 days before the refrigerator got cold enough to actually keep stuff cold, and the garbage disposal didn’t work. The clothes dryer was not something I would put my clothes in, as it is all rusted out. I get that the humidity down there makes it so hard on appliances, but for what they charge, you should at least have appliances that can be used. The other big factor, not to me but to the kids and grandkids, is we had no internet most of the week, they were all very frustrated with that. The place definitely needs a new router or a WiFi booster.

The best thing this place has going for it is the view and the location. And it was clean.

Where to start...we had to buy our own toilet paper because a very minimal amount was provided. There was a pizza cutter but no pizza tray. There was a coffee pot but no filters. There was mold around the vent in the bathroom. Some of these are small things, but the biggest thing for us was that the photos online are 100% misleading...I booked what looked to be a beautiful place, nicely decorated with newer furniture and a table with six chairs on the balcony. What we got was a run-down place with dirty smelly furniture, three rusty balcony chairs and no balcony table. I know this has to do with the particular room that I chose, but don't lead me to believe I'm getting a room beautiful room like that by showing only nice photos, then give me a room that looks like this. Advertised as sleeping six, there is no way that this unit sleeps more than two because unless you have very small children that can squeeze into the tiny bunk beds with paper thin mattresses in the hallway, it only sleeps two. I wouldn't think about sleeping on the filthy worn out sofa bed. It said it came with toiletries...to them that must only mean quarter-sized soaps because there was no shampoo/conditioner/lotion...the usual toiletries. There was no hairdryer. Somewhere along the line they asked us to start a load of laundry when we left and there was no detergent. I messaged the property several days before arrival to ask a few questions and never received a response. I received a call the first full day we were there from Vacasa asking how it was going. I told her a few of these things and she said she would look into it and call me back before the end of the day. No call, ever. Another Vacasa person called toward the end of our stay and I told her I had been expecting a call back from several days before to address some issues and she hung up on me. The location and the view are great, just wish for this price that a few of these other items were better.

False advertising and confusing room check in.

Enjoyed the free chair rentals on the beach specifically for us- location and view was great.

It was actually miserable getting to the room. The only information was that we were in 2614. There was no mention of there being 2 buildings or which one to go to for our room. They also did not specify that the "2" was irrelevant for the room number and we were actually unit 614. We looked for almost 30 min at 3 in the morning until we crossed paths with another guest that helped us locate the room. The room we got in was not the room that was photoed, nor even the layout.
