Very poor
The location was great.
The garbage disposal did not work so when we ran the dishwasher the sink was gross with old food from pervious vacationers. The refrigerator doors constantly kept opening because the seals would not suction. The entire ac unit had to be replaced during our stay.

Would definitely stay again.
The location was great! I mean when you can drive on the beach, being on the beach isn't so important. Whitecap beach was very close, but it was a busy beach. We chose to drive a few miles down the road, beach access road 3, and there was hardly anyone on the beach. It was almost like being on a private beach. We love the ease of packing the car, backing down to the water, and unloading and setting up our own little heaven. I will say I never once saw the pool. I was assured by my wife that there was one, she saw it but said it was pretty small. The kitchen is compact but has everything anyone needs to make a meal. Every room has a ceiling fan, and the air conditioning works great. The shower had plenty of water pressure, and the bed was comfortable enough. We loved the quiet. We heard people very rarely, and the road seemed quiet, too. Ice maker worked well, the dishwasher, and the washer and dryer worked well, too. We have stayed in several places on our travels, this place is the first time we both said we would like to stay in again. We really enjoyed our stay. Bring your own pillows, explore the different beach access points, and enjoy the time. If you don't want or need to have a lot of activities to keep you happy, and you don't need a lot of space, this place is a great place to choose.
We had a few things that were amiss. The pillows, albeit there were quite a few, were ALL terrible. Flat, thin, no substance, the worst we have ever had to sleep on. We actually had to buy new pillows. The floors were not swept as well as they possibly could be, but then again, the top of the door has a sizable gap, so I can see how sand could get in even after being swept well. The shower didn't drain well. We had to keep turning the water off to let it drain, then start it again to complete the shower. Seriously, like three on and off to get through a shower. That being said, the local team came and cleared the shower, and it worked great afterward. The carbon monoxide alarm started beeping. It needed a new battery, and we were too short to change it. We sat around almost an entire day to wait for someone to come change it. We knew we wouldn't get any sleep with the thing going on and off all night long. The couch was a bit uncomfortable. You kinda rolled toward the middle. But we didn't need it to sleep on, so it was fine for us. The local staff came in and changed the battery and fixed the shower. The bed, like the couch, slopes toward the middle. There was some dog poop right outside the unit, and someone left a bag of poop right outside the unit, too. Someone went to the trouble of picking up their dog's poop, but they just dropped the whole thing right outside the unit, and it was there for several days. And it is a bit of a walk to throw your trash away. Normally not a problem, but when it is blazing hot outside, it's not a great thing.

Cozy stay. Great value!
Cozy, clean apartment and loved had dishes, utensils, toiletries, dishwashing soap, washer and dryer. Everything you need. Bed is comfy, restroom was big.
The pool was a bit dirty. The code didn't work for the lock I had to call.

Would recommend. They just need to not have power outages.
Great location. Would recommend. It was a great stay for my little family.
There were 3 power outages. One power outage took about 30 minutes for power to come back on. Was not prepared for that had no flashlights or candles. Would recommend you take your own pillows theirs are flat. I pre washed dishes before use they were dirty.
