Very cozy and convenient. It's a nice location and the downstairs neighbor was nice to talk to. Parking was great.
Could not use one of the outlets next to the bed. Couch and floor could use use a little TLC / deep cleaning. Couch pillows and bed throw pillow could use a wash. Bathtub did not drain properly.

The proximity to the beach was nice. Close to different places to eat and drink as well. The A/C worked pretty good.
Could definitely tell it was made in the 80's. All of the window shades were dusty, as was a lot of the apartment. Microwave had a broken handle, although you could still use it. Some of the utensils had been used to stir the paint that was used on the walls, as they still had the paint color on them where it wasn't washed off completely. The water pressure was crazy low in the shower. The floor was spongy in places. The toilet leaned towards the shower.
