Located in Eugene, this attractive house for $141 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to the Orchard House! We are a lovely well appointed home just blocks from the University of Oregon in Eugene Oregon. Whether you are visiting a student at the University, coming for a sporting event, catch a concert or just visiting the area- this home will not disappoint! The Orchard House is only blocks from Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, the scenic Hendrick's park and the historic Pre's Trail where old growth forest and hiking trails are plentiful. Just down the street there is access to the Eugene bike trail which runs along the Willamette River. We are also within walking distance of Autzen Stadium. A variety of restaurants are within blocks of our home. Beppe & Gianni's, McMenamin's, Sweet Life Petite Bakery, Prince Pucklers, Agate Alley, Studio One and Market of Choice are all within walking distance. The Orchard House has been a list as Super Host, The house is furnished with beautiful new beds, linens, a new sofa bed, dining table, chairs and even a desk. We have a large washer and dryer and provide laundry soap and all of the necessities for a relaxing stay in Eugene. We have lots of fluffy new towels, sheets and blankets. Our home has a beautiful outdoor area for barbecuing, large outdoor table, wicker sofa with a propane firepit to enjoy the outside with family and friends. Such a wonderful little home! This was perfect for us as we were close enough to food/amenities but still in a quiet neighborhood. There is a park nearby that was absolutely beautiful. We took our dog for a nice 2 mile walk one morning. Kathy was very responsive and even reached out to make sure everything was going well with our check in!

This was wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation from UO. Perfect location to walk to both ceremonies and to walk to campus. Extremely clean and quiet. Great backyard with seating and wonderful small gas fire pit we enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Eugene. Host was very responsive when I booked also. It is part of a duplex but feels like a cottage.

We had a great time staying at Orchard House! Very close to campus which made it easy to visit our daughter who is a student at U of O. Property was very clean and cozy, and with plenty of amenities. Walking distance from some great restaurants (Hey, Neighbor Pizza was a favorite, as well as Beppe and Gianni's Trattoria). Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for a long weekend visiting our Duck. The neighborhood is amazing and close to restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed. A bonus was being able to bring our two dogs. As others have stated, the beds were amazingly comfortable! Kathy was super responsive whenever I messaged her, but honestly, we did not have one single problem. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is very near to the University and is nestled in a quiet & charming neighborhood of cute homey cottages. Location is excellent, just 6 mins drive to downtown & Skinner Butte Park and 10 mins walk to mighty Willamette River and its walking trail. Owner furnishes this cottage in comfy manner, offers two big screen tv. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. The property has the neat feature of wall heater/air conditioner as well as each room having its own ceiling/floor heating unit - my husband who likes heat liked this feature very much. I who love the cooler weather absolutely loved that this cottage has many windows which I can open to let the wondrous refreshing winter air in. We definitely recommend this cottage. Kathy responds to questions/requests very promptly too.

Excellent, peaceful location that is a few blocks from everywhere we wanted to be. Private oasis in a delightful neighborhood. Absolutely perfect size for both togetherness and alone time after a big day out. Such a welcoming house with instructions and snacks right inside the door. Comfy bed, furniture and lots of natural light. Loved it! Carol was a dream to work with.

We loved our stay at the Orchard House. Warm, comfortable, quiet and wonderful location. We loved the beautiful patio with the rhododendron in full bloom, the comfortable king bed and the other amenities that added to our stay. Kathy was easy to work with. We highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.
