Had a great time staying at this property with lots of kids. Pros - very large house, amazing view, great pool, plenty of parking, nice neighborhood, close to everything. Cons - showerheads not adjustable, only 1 TV, no cable, house centipedes. fire pit lighter out of gas The pros definitely outweighed the cons; there’s always quirks to every house so definitely would stay again…

What went well: The outdoor space is amazing and the view is phenomenal. The rental was large with plenty of sleeping room and an abundance of pillows. Very clean. Appliances were updated. Safe, quiet neighborhood. What needs improvement: The home had two broken windows that were boarded up upon arrival. They offered to have it fixed two days later, we didn’t feel comfortable having someone come when our belongings were there, but we weren’t, the resolution was to wait until after our departure. Boards on windows didn’t feel very secure, but we dealt with it. Issues with spa heat. Spa was the same temperature as the pool, which can get pretty chilly at night and in the morning. Owner did increase the temperature on day 3 of our stay, but it only stayed warm for short amounts of time. Only one tv in the entire house. The kitchen lacked basic items. No bakeware whatsoever, minimal pots and pans, no salt/pepper, no pizza cutter, steak knives, etc. The pool would benefit from adding a few floats. The basketball goal seems to be in a weird location. It’s right next to the windows. Owner stated previous renters broke the window, could possibly be due to this. Showers are small and the water sprays against the wall making for difficult bathing. Living room couches are not the most comfortable. There were many small issues that seemed to add up. In the end it didn’t create a need for compensation, but did make the experience less enjoyable.

My family and I had a wonderful time on this vacation. This house is absolutely amazing and the views are extremely breathtaking. It has everything you would need and the home inside is roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. I would love to stay here again.

This is one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed at. It is absolutely beautiful, the pictures really don’t even do it justice. The pool is amazing, there was tons of beds and space and it was immaculately clean. Silvia was super easy to get ahold of as well. My only gripe would be that there is literally no cleaning supplies for guests to use. It is nice not to have to clean but we didn’t even have a tea towel to dry a dish or paper towel to wipe up a spill or garbage bags to put our trash in at the end of the stay. Other than that, everything was so fabulous!

The Keurig coffee maker also make morning coffee a smooth experience (a huge plus when you have several people wanting coffee at the same time). I definitely give this home 5 stars. We had a few minor issues listed below, but the overall experience was great and I'd definitely come back: - The pool diving board was cracked, which was not mentioned in the description - The master bathroom toilet leaked slightly out from under the base whenever it was flushed (although Silvia informed us that they repaired it after we left). This wasn't a huge deal, as the leak was very minor and there were several other toilets in the house. - The jacuzzi heater did stop working after the first day. But, Silvia had someone come out to fix it the next afternoon. Even when it wasn't working, the summer weather was nice enough that the pool temperature was comfortable even without the heater on.

We stayed here for 4 nights with friends and family to celebrate a birthday party. Overall the place is beautiful and the backyard is where we spent most of our time. Silvia was a great host and was very attentive to any issues. However, we encountered several different issues, most of them minor but when added up they put a damper on our experience here. Firstly, I think the property could really benefit from providing a clear set of instructions on how amenities work as there really wasn't anything we could reference when things did go wrong. Our first and biggest issue was with the spa/jacuzzi staying heated. We had to call the host to attempt to fix the spa every night except the first and they were able to get the spa working for us but usually only for an hour or so then it would break again. Apparently this issue was self-inflicted because we disconnected the roaming hose and pool vacuum which needed to be in the pool and connected the whole time. I’m not sure why the pool vacuum being connected is setup to impact the spa heating but nevertheless this could have been avoided if we had a clear set of instructions on how this works and why to leave the vacuum in. Also, even after having the vacuum put back in we still continued to have issues the following nights, and eventually Silvia told us a professional mechanic would need to take a look at it after our stay. On to some smaller issues. The kitchen was missing a lot of common things such as salt & pepper, oven mitts, scissors and baking sheets. If you’re planning to cook, bring what you need. The WiFi wasn't very stable in most parts of the house, it continuously dropped signal throughout our stay which it made it hard to use. We were planning to use the diving board but noticed a big crack down the middle that worsened when you put weight on it so decided not to use it to be safe which was a bummer. All things considered we enjoyed our stay here but it could have been better. I see other reviews stating annoyances/issues with the roaming pool vacuum and spa heating, so if those are a big part of why you are booking then I would be a little cautious.

My family and I enjoyed this house. The house was more than big enough for the 6 of us. The highlight of the house was the backyard. Great pool w/ spa, fire pit, basketball hoop, fruit trees and a great view! The interior of the house was up to par. Plenty of seating, convenient double oven and spacious rooms. A couple of things that were a bummer was that the spa did not heat everyday, especially when there is a heating fee for the spa. The owner said to turn the dial on the timer every 2 hrs, which I did, but still no heat (no credit was given for the 3 days of no heat). And the pool always had to have this long hose that roamed the pool every minute and rule #1 was not to take the hose out. So it was a little annoying when you're swimming/playing in the pool and you have to maneuver around the hose all the time. I've been to several pools in my life and never had to contend with a long hose roaming around me all the time. The last thing about this big house, there's only 1 TV in the entire place! So everyone is stuck watching the same thing. And I have 2 young kids, so you know how that goes... Overall though, it was a nice relaxing house and the location was good.

This property was a great experience. Host was always available. Only disturbing part was that we got blamed on breaking a vase and hiding the vase. We clearly didn’t look around to check if anything was broken before checking in the home, which was totally our fault. We never to thought to check it. Other than that beautiful home but always be cautious!

Some colleagues and I stayed at Silvia vacation home upon arrival it was beautiful, everything was clean and exactly how it is pictured. Everyone agreed this was their best getaway EVER. Silvia response time I’m everything I’ve reached out to her about was instantaneously. Very secluded although you have neighbors it’s as if you don’t. Very intimate and relaxing location. Not to mention I left a $1200 belt behind and Silvia was sooo kind to not only acknowledge she had indeed found it BUT she also shipped it to Chicago for me without hesitation. Needless to say she’s an amazing host as well as person. If you are looking to book with her, take it from me, you can stop searching now and BOOK WITH SILVIA.

Honestly I’m so grateful for the experience I’ve had while at this property. The location allowed a private experience for both my guest and myself with a wonderful hillside view. Not only was the house absolutely gorgeous, It was spotless; and filled with a full operating kitchen and supplies. towels, and toiletries in case any of my guest forgot their own. There was so much to do at the property where a large group could easily entertain themselves! The owner is very professional as well as her team and provides 24/7 services in case you need to reach her. I loved how the check-in and check-out could be done through a keypad which is fast and safe to ensure social distancing is being taken place! My needs are beyond met and the pictures do not do this place any justice! 10000/10 recommendation & i would definitely book again!

Silvia's place was white and pristine! We went in December, and while the pool was cold (the pool had to be preheated), the jacuzzi was great. Ample parking in front of the house. You can probably fit 6 small cars on the driveway alone. I appreciated Silvia's quick response to any questions we had.

There were 11 of us and we slept so comfortable the single beds are way bigger in person! The gardening and view was amazing, our favorite part of the entire house was the outside fire pit!!!!! The weather was cold at night but the outdoor fire pit kept us warm. We sat around it making s’mores, telling stories it was perfect. This house was PERFECT! Exactly what I was looking for. Silvia was sweet and was able to reach anytime she was needed.
