If you're visiting in warm weather, this condo is close to a number of hiking options including the Sunset Ledge Trail Head where you can explore Mount Abraham, the fifth tallest peak in the state, just seven miles away. Take a short drive down to Blueberry Lake for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing, less than eight miles from your front door. And when the snow is falling, this rental is just a little over a mile from Sugarbush for prime snowboarding and downhill skiing. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is an additional sleeping option in the loft, access is made by a steep ladder. Please use caution. No cable or streaming services are available. Guests are permitted to bring their own streaming device. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We loved everything about our stay here except that the two bedrooms on the lower floors were very cold. Otherwise, clean, well appointed and a comfortable place to stay.

The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed. If you need coffee, there is no coffee maker. Everything worked as expected. The TV description needs clarification. There is no cable TV or local TV. You can play DVD's or bring a wireless stick for the TV.

We loved our stay while enjoying the amazing fall colors in Vermont. The home was all we could ask for. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and kitchen as we relaxed from the busy days of sightseeing. It was perfect for 2 adult couples. Would love to return some day!

Very comfortable cozy condo. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Beautiful pond view. One small issue, there was no guide for the condo so we didn’t know where to take trash or where the pool was. Once we found said pool it was great! Lovely neighborhood, close to Warren Falls and other great spots.

The architecture of this home is awesome. Loved every aspect of our stay -great location, a truly cozy, elegant and roomy vacation home that accommodated four adults and two to four children comfortably. My husband and grandson enjoyed the fishing pond next door. We will be back!

Great place. Family oriented. Close to skiing, grocery stores and a few restaurant's. They have fun games to play as a group and great areas in the condo to hang out. They need to update the TV's or perhaps update the DVD collection. The other option would be for you to bring your own amazon fire stick... if you want to relax and watch a movie or something. But this place is a 5 out of 5.

My fiancee and I along with two other friends rode Sugarbush (4m away) and greatly enjoyed the convenience and atmosphere of this location. The kitchen/living/dining room combination was spacious for 4 people and could have easily hosted 8 (the max bed count). The gas fireplace was great ambiance and the kitchen was fun to cook in with 2 (maybe could have fit 3) people. Beautiful natural light and a full bathroom with every bedroom really rounded things out. Likely not a location for 8 adults as 4 of the beds are bunk beds in the basement. On the other hand, one of our friends greatly enjoyed sleeping down there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with easy access to challenging hiking trails. Open layout between kitchen and living room is perfect and the kitchen is well appointed. Extremely clean and comfy. Be prepared for lots of family photos on the walls, but clearly this is a happy family!

Great house the pond was fantastic for onsite fishing the kids loved it. The pool was warm and clean. A shame we had bad weather but we still managed to get out and enjoy the beautiful scenery in the area.

This home was the best part of our stay! Moment we entered the house, there was a feeling of home and warmth. Every room was convenient and has everything we would need. Super clean and beautiful, we loved staying here and were super pleased with the amenities and supplies provided.
