About this condo rental
Nestled in Gatlinburg, this lovely condo for $140 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Conveniently located above downtown Gatlinburg in the Summit of Gatlinburg condo community. “Smoky Mountain Dreaming” has one of the most breathtaking views of the downtown Gatlinburg, Mt LeConte and Ober Gatlinburg's ski slopes and tubing run. All views are no less than spectacular from every window. This TOP (3rd) floor unit has 3 bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed, the second bedroom with twin beds, and the loft has a queen also. A newly upgraded electric fireplace in the living area. If you have mobility issues please note there is NO elevator. The private spectrum WiFi is excellent. The view from the cabin is great both day and night. You can watch the skiers on ski slopes and the tubing runs in Ober Gatlinburg to the right and on the left you can see the lights of Gatlinburg at night. In between you have Mt LeConte and several other mountain chains. The Summit amenities include outdoor pool (indoor pool is closed for major repairs, opening late April 2024) playground, a game room and a coin operated laundry. All of these are a short walk from the condo. Roads to the Summit are well paved and well maintained. You have a direct path down to Gatlinburg or you can avoid Gatlinburg using the bypass and go to Pigeon Forge. (Note: the roads are good, but getting to the top of the mountain is curvy.) We also recently purchased a condo next to Dollywood VRBO #2873565 -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - No pets allowed (Per Summit Condo Association) - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book

We loved our say at the Summit condos. Perfect views you can’t get anywhere else. The cleaning staff and the owners checked in with us and made our visit extraordinary! Perfect area to get to downtown Gatlinburg. Beds comfy and kids had a blast.

Fantastic rental… cozy, warm, inviting. Everything you need. Super high up with such great views!!!! We even saw two bears! Great place for my husband and I to stay with our 16 and 17 y/o sons. We all had room to spread out when we got back after a long day of exploring!!!

So many great things to say about this property! The views are absolutely spectacular from each room. Incredible views of the mountains, downtown Gatlinburg, and Ober. Just can't say enough good things about the views!! Added bonus was a skylight in the loft, which is where my husband and I slept. We loved falling asleep under the stars and moon each night. The location is just perfect! It's a steep, windy drive up, but a short drive to the entrance to the parkway, to Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. A quick, easy drive to each! The condo was clean, well appointed, and perfect for our family's Thanksgiving trip. The kitchen is a bit small, but it was perfect for us. We cooked several meals in it. Be on the lookout for bears. They enjoy digging in the dumpsters at night. They also like to hang out in the trees of the parking lot, as our family discovered the first night.

We loved every minute of our stay! The views were so beautiful. We loved seeing Gaitlinburg lit up at night. It was a very quiet condo as well. The hosts were so wonderful and answered the question I had immediately. There was plenty of parking, and it was easily accessible with paved roads. It was clean, safe, and we loved how it was decorated. It very easily accommodated the 4 adults in my family and had everything we needed to be comfortable! We cannot wait to come back and stay again!!

Listen Up; The Wiggins (Host) care about your stay, they are great host. I've stayed in many places around the country with mystery fees, unreachable Host, deceptive practices. Do Not do business with bad people, even if the unit is good. These owners get my business because they work it the right way. Quality people, a better quality of life. 5 Star Host. The property needs no review, go see it for yourself !

The location of this cabin was amazing, very close (~ 2 miles) from Gatlinburg with amazing views.
We also got to see a bear in the complex, would definitely recommend this place.

The views are incomparable day and night.
We enjoyed seeing the lights in Gatlingburg, too.
We watched a large male bear from the balcony our first morning there. He put on quite a show.
The condo clean , nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped.
I had a couple of minor questions. The owner responded quickly and she was very helpful and nice.
We will stay again.

I went on an all girls trip and it was fantastic! We had such a great time and had amazing views! We seen 5 bears total(2 while sitting on the balcony)! It was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back one day with my husband! The condo was well stocked with cooking appliances and was so cozy / clean! I loved our short but memorable girls trip!

I need to mention I was not prepared for the drive up but I happen to be afraid of heights.
Saw bears..mama and 3 cubs and others almost every day. That was really neat. Went to Great Smoky Mtn Heritage Center.. (recommend). ..ate at The Abby nearby which was excellent. Hiked up to Laural Falls which must be gorgeous in the spring with all the laurel 'blooming along the way.
Relaxed, enjoyed the view, made the 550 piece challenging puzzle...We were celebrating our 62nd anny🌞💖

Great views from the Summit of Gatlinburg. The drive up is a climb with a lot of curves. Very enjoyable though. Great place. Very relaxing with a cup of coffee sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up over the mountains. Benches near parking lot for other great views. My youngest enjoyed the pool. There's was a family of bears that was next to see.

Our stay here was fabulous!!!! 5 days spent in this gorgeous condo celebrating our younger daughter's college graduation from UAB.
Views both into the valley of Gatlinburg to the East and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville to the West were magnificent. The condo was spacious, clean and just perfect for our family of 4 to make some great family memories but still have our own spaces for sleeping. We explored Gatlinburg for the first time, enjoying the Ripley's Aquarium and other sites, Anakeesta and our first mountain coaster. We did not have near enough time to explore the Arts & Crafts Districts but did pick up a few goodies there as well as in downtown Gatlinburg. A day spent in Dollywood, and time spent doing the Rocky Top Winery Tour starting at the Apple Barn. We came home with a lot of wine and cider from each of the locations on the 5 site tour. The sunrises viewed from the porch were simply magnificent.
We will definitely be planning a trip back to the area and hope to be rent this condo again! Made for a fabulous home base for our adventure.

Overall great stay. We did have some disagreements with the listing at first (pool was being renovated and I didn’t think that was in the listing when I booked but owner disagreed with me). Check in was very smooth and easy. The place felt very safe and secure. The views were incredible. We saw a bear off the deck which was awesome. The drive up was crazy if you’re not used to the mountains, but you get used to it fast! The kitchen was a little dirty when we got there but it was just unswept so nothing terrible - the rest of the place was very clean and cozy.
