房間大小適中，有洗衣機、烘衣機、簡易廚房，還有小陽台。
只有樓梯，房間在三樓，搬運行李蠻吃力的。

應有盡有～房間內還有除濕機可快速乾衣後烘乾，隔天繼續穿。
我個人比較喜歡微硬的床感.. 所以房間配置的床鋪就覺得偏軟。

近所に食事処や居酒屋もあり食事に困らない良いところでした。 冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターも冷やされており、ドリップコーヒーもあり、朝にコーヒーを飲めます。 洗濯機や乾燥機もあるので長期滞在で利用しても快適です。
繁華街から徒歩１５〜２０分ほどの距離で、近くのコンビニは１０分ほどの距離です。 買い出ししてから部屋に入れば問題ありませんが、部屋でゆっくりしてからの買い出しは暑い中ではなかなか厳しい距離かもしれないですね。

Very clean, spacious for Japan. Had everything we needed. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Close to bus stop (Art Hotel) and Lime scooters.
The only slight negative was the mattress was a bit thin. Overall, great place!
