I really loved that we had alot of space on the balcony to lay out our wet clothes. The pool was so wide and huge! The beach access through the pool was pretty nice too. We couldn't find the coffee pot to the coffee maker but the host brought us a whole new maker within an hr. It was very peaceful and a great experience.
The doors to the balcony were a little stuck, so you have to push it closed with some force. The boardwalk is all the way on the other side of the main road, so about 30 min drive away.

Proximity to the beach was great! Loved it. We actually liked the cross breeze in the unit. The balcony was our favorite place the entire week.
Clearly the property is older, and we have no complaints about that.

The proximity to the beach was excellent as was the pool.
The closet doors were broken. The heat vents came on in the bathroom bedroom & dining room and could not be turned off. The room was ready by 1:00 pm but we could not gain access to 4:00 pm. The garbage bin outside the lobby was overflowing for 2 days and the elevator was flooded with dirt water & sand at 9:30 pm. The password for WI FI was not given so we could not watch TV the last night & morning. Bathroom was totally outdated with rust on vents & madicine cabinet and there was rust on refrigerator door & inside the freezer. We were not informed that we had to pay for parking. The wall unit AC's was very loud. We would not rent this unit again.
