La maison est très belle et grande avec un bel espace de vie. Bien située. Idéale pour un grand groupe. Les espaces autour de la maison sont très bien structurés avec 2 terrasses et une partie couverte avec un barbecue. La maison était très propre. L’agence a été très flexible pour notre arrivée et notre départ et est très réactive. Cela a été très apprécié.
Nous étions 8. Il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas 4 chambres doubles. Il y a 3 belles grandes chambres doubles mais la quatrième chambre est une chambre d’enfant avec un lit de 120 cm. Et il reste une toute petite chambre avec un canapé-lit très dur et inconfortable de 130cm de large. Le 4eme couple de notre groupe a dû se diviser pour dormir chacun dans ces petites chambres. Il n’y a pas non plus 4 salles de bain mais 3. L’annonce est donc trompeuse. Les équipements de la maison devraient être un peu ordonnés et revu. Il y a beaucoup de bazar dans la cuisine qui est cassé et qui ne sert à rien mais l’essentiel est là, sauf des casseroles et poêles assez grandes pour 8 personne. Les poêles sont toutes griffées et doivent être remplacées. Dans la salle à manger, il n’y avait que 7 chaises. On a dû prendre une chaise en plastique de la terrasse.

Enige minpuntje wat we kunnen benoemen is het langsrijden van vrachtverkeer op de weg voor het huis met drempels in de weg wat enig geluidsoverlast geeft.

The villa was clean and very spacious

We were a large family group of 9, and this was a spacious villa for a group of this size. There were two large dining tables outside and one inside. The kitchen was a good size, and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room.
Many things were broken or in poor repair. Several shutters were broken, as was the toilet seat in the downstairs cloakroom. The outside furniture is rickety and in need of replacament, and the overhead shower in the master bedroom did not work. Kitchen cupboards and drawers were chaotic and many items (plates, glasses, cutlery etc) not properly cleaned. The second bedroom on the top floor really isn't a full sized double. Given all the above, it really didn't represent value for money.
