About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $396 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The unit includes two large bedrooms: Ocean front master suite with king-sized bed and bayside with queen-sized bed and bunkbeds. Each with its own bathroom. We are a seven-day, Saturday to Saturday rental property during the summer, designed for SIX (6) people or two couples who desire privacy. HOWEVER, TWO (2) additional guests are possible with a negotiable per night charge for additional guests. In June and September we can adjust some weeks to shorter stays. The master bedroom includes a king bed with memory foam topper and floor to ceiling windows looking directly at the beach and ocean. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony. The second bedroom faces the bay and includes one queen bed with memory foam topper and a single bunk bed stack. The unit includes three flat screen TVs with cable, Wi-fi, keyless entry (password at check-in) a small washer/dryer, a full kitchen (renovated 2021), a separate dining area, and plenty of board games, videos, DVDs, and books. The large family room faces the ocean and includes floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony... a perfect place to enjoy your afternoon cocktails before heading out for the evening. The L-shaped couch (2020) in the living room converts to a queen size sofa bed. Large family pool and toddler pool on oceanfront deck. A recently renovated 22nd floor (2021) includes large meeting rooms, exercise room with diverse selection of equipment, locker rooms, saunas, game room and pool. We take a lot of pride in our home and hope you will treat it as such. It's NOT a hotel. It is a home October to May. Please keep up with the sand and remove as much as possible from bodies and bathing suites before entering. A good practice is jumping in the pool before returning to condo. A practice of "common courtesy cleaning" during your stay helps ensure the next renter has a pleasant place ready on time. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. There is a $75.00 Registration Fee charged by the complex at check-in. This is typical for all properties in Ocean City. Vrbo collects the Maryland sales tax of 6%, Worcester room tax of 5%, and OC Property tax (as fee). Owner has NO control over service fees, taxes and cleaning rate. However, there are NO additional fees other than the $75.00 parking/registration charged at check-in.

Great vacation spot
We loved this condo! Our favorite part was the king size bed with the ocean view. The cleaning staff was great and our host had lots of helpful tips for our stay. The building had so many things to do and the building was well maintained and the staff was great. We would love to stay here again!

Great getaway
Loved our stay at Golden Sands. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. Jonathan gave us all of the info we needed to have a great stay. Check in went smoothly. Parking was opened up on the day we arrived so we could park anywhere. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Thank you Jonathan for sharing your beautiful space with my family. My kids said they never want to stay at that “other” condo again. 🤣We will be back!!! We can’t wait! :)

Family friendly beach vacation was a success!
We had a wonderful vacation at Golden Sands! Our first trip to OC in over a decade and had never stayed off the boardwalk prior to this trip. We loved the location! Condo was perfect for our group of 6 and never felt cramped. Contained everything you needed for a home away from home. Jonathan is a great host!

Awesome condo!
Awesome condo rental! The condo itself is nice, clean and everything is as the pictures/descriptions show. The views with the floor-to-ceiling windows were AMAZING! Sure, it can get a little warm in the early part of the morning, but by noon on the sun is past the windows and the views are spectacular! My kids insisted on having breakfast on the balcony every morning! The kids enjoyed the stacks of games to play with! We attended a wedding there and stayed the week. The wedding venue (sand/deck area outside and the venue on the 22nd floor) was great and they provided great service, food, etc. The overall building is clean, has great amenities, the tiki bar made great drinks and the deli on the deck had great sandwiches for lunch. Owner is very easy to deal with, quick to get back to you with questions, and provided tons of helpful hints to make the stay great. We utilized the linen service which was great for the money. Beds (which were VERY comfortable) were made prior to arrival, and the towels were actually 'soft' (not like hotel towels). We will definitely check availability for our next vacation and would absolutely rent again! Thanks for a fun vacation!

Weekend Getaway
This was an excellent choice for a girl’s trip/weekend getaway! The rental was clean and homey, with a balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. It had everything we could ask for and would be great for a family trip! There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture. On the days we stayed in, it was nice watching movies on the huge TV in the living room! We also enjoyed the year round indoor pool and sauna! We also saved money from eating out everyday by cooking at home in the fully equipped kitchen! Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher! And the grocery store was right up the street! Couldn’t beat it! I highly recommend!

Great location and amenities
This was the first time our family (2 adults, 3 pre-teens) stayed at this property. We like to stay in the north end of OC, and this location is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit offered enough room for our family of 5, and was well kept and clean. The linen package was worth the cost so we didn't have to worry about bringing sheets and bath towels. The owner was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The views from the unit are beautiful!! The Golden Sands has many amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, game room, poolside bar and cafe, etc), making this property a perfect vacation rental. We hope to stay here again next year!

One of the nicest condo in the Golden Sands
I was in a wedding held at the golden sands on May 18th. All of the members of the bridal party rented different condos from various owners on various floors. This condo was by far one of the nicest in the building. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was super nice and very easy to work with. I'm hoping to rent this again!

Always improving!
The owners take a real pride in the unit. Each year they do upgrades. This year there is a new frig, but I particularly liked the new coat rack on the entrance wall and the black out curtains in the Bayside bedroom. The little pieces of Velcro to hold the curtains together were a simple touch and you wonder why other people don't do it.

Great location, private oceanfront balcony
My husband, 11 year old son and I stayed for a week at Golden Sands 707. We always visit OCMD in September, a little later this year for us because we wanted to avoid the noise and crowds of Bike Week. We were a bit apprehensive after a bad time in a high rise building last year but were pleasantly surprised. We love to stay above 100th Street, much more laid back, not as much traffic, beaches aren't as busy either! Golden Sands is a clean, well maintained high rise; so many amenities! Hurricane Jose made the beginning of our week a bit challenging, but we got to enjoy the indoor pool on the 22nd floor and watched wind, rain and high surf from the safety of the balcony. The condo was great for us, our son had his own wing with his own room and bathroom, hubby and I loved the master suite with a ocean view! Make sure you close the drapes before going to the beach or you will roast! Once the storm passed we enjoyed a beautiful section of beach, outdoor pool and the cabana bar. We ate at both the cabana bar and the little bakery in Golden Sands, they had daily food and adult drink specials too! The staff and guests were so friendly; we met even owners that were down to enjoy a late September Week and Sunfest. Jonathan provided us with everything we needed to know even the quirky things that were unique to the condo. Don't hesitate to rent this unit, great for families, couples, young or old alike! The elevators in the building are fast too - there's 4 of them constantly running. Easy load and unload right outside the lobby entrance - grab a huge blue bin from the garage to take it all in one trip! Great value, Jonathan was easy to work with...ask about linens package too, such a time saver!

Beautiful Place
This was the first time I had stayed at Golden Sands and I was extremely impressed by the entire property. The views were incredible and all the amenities were wonderful. It was easy to move my mother around in her wheelchair and make her a part of the vacation. The condo was clean and roomie for all 5 of us. The entire experience was great and hopefully will be going back again to this same place again. Thank you for making my family vacation wonderful

Pride In Ownership / Amenities Galore!
The owner has taken great pride and care in maintaining this condo. When we arrived, the only thing I could say was WOW! This place was as breathtaking as advertised. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the huge master bedroom makes watching those sunrises well worth the wait. It's obvious that the owner put much thought into providing guests with the best vacation experience possible. The condo is well stocked with a multitude of board games and books. There's even a few spare beach chairs in the closet. The setup of the two bedrooms/bathrooms makes this spacious condo very private. The bay view bedroom has its own bathroom and was large enough to sleep 4 young adults. The ocean front master bedroom/bathroom was separated by the kitchen/dining room making it very quiet at night. Trying to find something that was not already said about the vast amenities at the Golden Sands was not easy. One of my favorites was the incredible views while working out at the fitness center on the 22nd floor. Just picture running on a treadmill while looking out over the gorgeous bay or using one of the weight lifting machines while taking in the views of the ocean. After that, imagine jumping into the adjacent indoor pool to cool off all with the same wonderful views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Next to that is a free game room with 2 pool tables and a ping pong table. What more could you ask for? Did I mention how comfortable the king bed was? Don't forget to get the linen/towel package...well worth it. Finally, about the owner...he did everything in his power to make our vacation as pleasurable as possible. I can go on and on but you MUST experience this place for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed.
