Communication was good, checkin was easy, unit was clean, parking was convenient. This was a perfect location for a nice birthday weekend get away. the best part is by far how you have so many things within walking distance. grocery store, bike rentals, restaurants, bars. Not to mention,you’re right next to the pool and private access to the beach.top floor was the way to go, and yes there’s an elevator for bringing up luggage. it was nice to park the car and not worry about it for the weekend. we’re already looking forward to another stay.

Overall we found the accommodations very good, but encountered a couple of issues. When we arrived at the designated check-in time, the unit was not ready. The housekeeping crew showed up at that time and informed us it would be 90 minutes. During our stay, the cable TV never worked. We reported it, but did not get a reply until after we checked out. The unit does not have an oven, which we worked around, but should be clearer in the unit listing.

We appreciated the location and view from this rental. However, the patio furniture was rusted with chunks all over the patio. Not ideal with small children. There is a stove top and no oven. Only one door on the shower leaving lots of water to escape to the bathroom floor. Overall, Minor things with the patio furniture being the biggest downside.

Another wonderful time at HHI with the greatest ocean views fun beach walks best restaurants and a really restful stay at the best facility we’ve ever been Val and staff were wonderful friendly and very helpful

The unit was perfect for my husband and I…… large comfy bed, kitchenette, nice decor, and amazing views! We enjoyed spending time on the balcony, walking the beach and strolling to Coligny Plaza right behind us for shopping or ice cream. There is also a grocery store in the plaza. We had a car, but decided due to the location, we probably did not need one.

Love the location location, great view, great little condo. Wish there was an elevator, but we knew this going in. Wonderful location if you like to walk and not use the car! Easy booking and check in. No problems whatsoever.

The location on the beach is great, however the parking lot is a bit of mess. Traffic constantly coming in and out lookin for free parking for Coligny Plaza. 3 flights of stairs get to be a bit of nuisance after a few days with no elevator. The room is well furnished with everything you might need for a week including 2 beach chairs. I didn't see anyone clean the pool until Thursday which was concerning and there were people in the pool being loud until 1 am almost every night. Overall we had a good stay, however we will probably look for a different place next time.

We always stay at the Breakers. First time in this unit. I didn’t feel guilty eating “vacation food” because climbing 3 flights of stairs helps. HOA needs to push to get those elevators done. Contractors have been working on it for over a year. (No contractors in sight the week we were here). Overall, the Breakers is the best location on the island; on the beach and walking distance to all the amenities. See you next year!

It was the perfect size for my wife and me. From the oceanfront balcony, to the kitchen with its supplies, the bathroom with a great walk-in shower, and the king size bed, it made for a perfect vacation stay.
