The continental breakfast was good, and the room was clean.
We chose Fairfield because they claimed to have a pool. The pool was closed. It is June in West Texas and the swimming pool was closed. There is nothing to do in Monahans except play in sand or swim in a pool. The pool was dirty and the kids were disappointed.

It was near to where my tire blew out on the Interstate.
Breakfast person could have been better. She was irritated when I asked for water hot enough to brew my tea.
